This Starbucks is not available to the public. Access is controlled by the mall hours so if you come here during store hours you may or may not be able to pick up your order. This proved frustrating for me as I planned a tight itinerary. The mall does not open until 11:00 a.m. as of this writing. The manager was polite, though ultimately unhelpful.

THE AWESOMEST, KINDEST STARBUCKS EMPLOYEES I’VE ENCOUNTERED ? The woman who took my order, Crow, was so patient, kind and generous to me. THANK YOU for my drink, seriously, you made my day even brighter and the rest of the staff (forgive me for forgetting the names of the two other women working with Crow, but they were so kind to greet, smile and just be warm and welcoming!) these employees deserve a raise. No one asked or told me to write this, I’m doing this solely because of their kindness and generosity. These ladies deserve a raise and promotion for their 1”/10 customer service!! Thank you SO much, I won’t forget this!!! I ordered on 4/20/23 around 3 ish pm btw. God bless you Crow and all the staff that works here, abundantly. I’m so grateful.

The employe prepares my coffee outside my expectatins . It tasted just hot water with a light coffee flavor, cream and light swetened. Terrible.

Clean & friendly place. It was pretty busy when we went over the weekend but even so our wait was 15min. These workers are so slow. I’ve been waiting in line for 8 minutes just to order when there were only 4 people who ordered ahead of me. Absolutely no hustle.
Great coffee shop. Service is quick and friendly. Good food menu.

Should probably open at 11am rather than 10am like it says on Google as its the time the mall actually opens to the public. Can't actually purchase coffee till then as entering the mall isn't technically allowed.

I still buy a cup of coffee from Shell for a dollar every now and again, but it just doesn't come close to the experience of buying that same cup of coffee from Starbucks! Yes it costs more I know, but I get a nicer cup and Vanessa is always incredible! So yes, there's nothing like getting your coffee from a Starbucks! ??
