All of the staff are enthusiastic and cheerful. Especially Junmel who is a wonderful guy they have on their team since long. He always has a smile and fist pumps or greets as many people he interacts with. Our favorite go to Starbucks location is by proximity and user-friendly staff.

The barista at the front register Lizzete was amazing! She was so kind to guests and to the staff. She was encouraging the rest of the staff telling them they were doing great and checking in on them! Though they were busy I could tell the staff was being positive and I got my drink fast!!

Horrible experience at this new remodeled Starbucks. There was no one in the shop when we walked in, everyone was in the back. It took 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge that we walked in, just for them to tell us “Just so you know, there is a 20 minute wait on drinks”.

Never going to these new Starbucks again.

No Restroom!

This location underwent a remodel recently which I believe has hurt this store tremendously. There are no longer tables to sit and enjoy your expensive beverage and it appears they’ve cut staff members. This has led to much increased wait times and mistakes made with beverages. The mobile will only tell you the wait time after you’ve competed the order and even then the actual wait time is far longer. I do know Starbucks corporate has new leadership and CEO and this location runs contrary to everything he has said to improve the brand. High prices, increased wait times and poor in store experiences. I hope this isn’t the future of Starbucks

Not a fan of the pick-up location. it's kind of boring and non engaging. like a lab experiment for starbucks, everyone stands around waiting for drinks. its very give me your money and leave.
