I did not want to give even 1 star. This place is is terrible. They have no menu and no restroom. They act like they don't make enough money to build a restroom and have a menu!!

Lately I've been ordering hot brewed coffee with coconut or oat milk and it's always served very cold. I thought it was normal because of the milk, but yesterday I bought it at another Starbucks and it was hot.

This was genuinely the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Not a single chair, no bathroom, and it took 30 minutes AFTER ordering to receive 2 drinks. The guy working the front was doing all the work, taking orders, calling names, and heating up food in the back. The 2 girls in the back were making an occasional drink and pretending to wipe the counter to look busy while laughing the whole time. I've never waited so long for a Starbucks in my life and I go almost every day.

If you are looking for a break from the LA - SF drive near Salinas, give this location a pass. They don't have any customer restrooms, and send you to the grocery across the lot. Makes no sense for them to design a place where people can't even wash their hands.

All of the staff are enthusiastic and cheerful. Especially Junmel who is a wonderful guy they have on their team since long. He always has a smile and fist pumps or greets as many people he interacts with. Our favorite go to Starbucks location is by proximity and user-friendly staff.

The barista at the front register Lizzete was amazing! She was so kind to guests and to the staff. She was encouraging the rest of the staff telling them they were doing great and checking in on them! Though they were busy I could tell the staff was being positive and I got my drink fast!!
