It’s a cool spot in ,and out . It would be easier for the Spanish speaking folks out in this area if you would probably think about changing your menu ordering by # instead of having to pronounce the whole word . The new carton tops are awful if you don’t drink your coffee right away it’ starts tasting like cardboard .

We went to go pick up our drinks and the worker called us fat and said we needed to loose a couple pounds then they cussed me out and they decided they were going to throw our drinks and then i threw them back I hate that Starbucks never again

Don’t go here, half of the employees be standing around chatting away. If you ask for a drink to give you what they want ordered a coffee and I got milk with chai had to go back, The Frappuccino look like it was all milk nothing like a caramel crunch.

I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but I visit this location pretty often bc of convenience, and the staff is consistently rude. Sometimes they’re rude & they make the drinks wrong. There have also been instances when they are out of ingredients, still make the drink & simply ignore the issue. Shouldn’t have been surprised after reading all of the other bad reviews. Would not recommend visiting this location. Go to one of the other 16 starbies we have here.

On multiple occasions, I have found the store to be out of stock of advertised products. Additionally, the employees I encountered were consistently rude and unhelpful. Furthermore, when purchasing beverages, they were never shaken or mixed properly. This level of service is unacceptable and truly unfortunate especially for a newer location, we have to drive up the street just to get out beverages remade.

Poorly stocked. Everytime I try to order they never have what I want. Wether it's Frappuccinos, refreshers, or travelers. It's always were out or our order didn't come in. 5th week I try and order a traveler because I live 2 blocks away and they're always out, your a coffee shop. Weird thing is this is the only one that is always out.

This Starbucks is just horrible. The employees are rude and I’ve had employees laugh in the mic after I ordered. It felt so rude. Not to mention they always close early. I managed to get my order in but they had left a bunch of roasted beans in my drink. I ordered a chai latte. This is ridiculous
Update I came back the next day. Ruth helped me out! She was so energetic and lovely. She’s holding that place together. #WeloveRuth
This is the first time I see this girl with faded orange hair and dark roots on the window taking orders and handing them, she's rude and should never be placed there ever again. Manager should really consider putting nice and welcoming people on the window if they want to keep their Starbucks sales successful.

I'm not really a person that cares to put on reviews, but i live in Williams rd. so i always pass to this Starbucks and the vibes always get to me the customer service is awful. they just hand you your drink like their not in a mood. Keep an eye I've seen a lot of bad customer service reviews so the manager needs to do his job or he just doesn't care .They should really care because customer service is really important. Another thing a want to add they don't smile not even thank you have a nice day. Especially the girl with brown hair she just died it orange , that girl has a problem with herself because she always gives me bad looks. nothing personal but hopefully this high school children learn more.

This is one of the most welcoming Starbucks I’ve been to. They took the time to get my family’s large order with ease and they even noticed my eager dog waiting patiently in the car with me. They offered him a pup cup without me having to ask. The drinks were made well and the service was stellar.
