This Starbucks is just horrible. The employees are rude and I’ve had employees laugh in the mic after I ordered. It felt so rude. Not to mention they always close early. I managed to get my order in but they had left a bunch of roasted beans in my drink. I ordered a chai latte. This is ridiculous

Update I came back the next day. Ruth helped me out! She was so energetic and lovely. She’s holding that place together. #WeloveRuth

This is the first time I see this girl with faded orange hair and dark roots on the window taking orders and handing them, she's rude and should never be placed there ever again. Manager should really consider putting nice and welcoming people on the window if they want to keep their Starbucks sales successful.

I'm not really a person that cares to put on reviews, but i live in Williams rd. so i always pass to this Starbucks and the vibes always get to me the customer service is awful. they just hand you your drink like their not in a mood. Keep an eye I've seen a lot of bad customer service reviews so the manager needs to do his job or he just doesn't care .They should really care because customer service is really important. Another thing a want to add they don't smile not even thank you have a nice day. Especially the girl with brown hair she just died it orange , that girl has a problem with herself because she always gives me bad looks. nothing personal but hopefully this high school children learn more.

This is one of the most welcoming Starbucks I’ve been to. They took the time to get my family’s large order with ease and they even noticed my eager dog waiting patiently in the car with me. They offered him a pup cup without me having to ask. The drinks were made well and the service was stellar.

Drive thru personal was visiting with car infront of me singing the song on the radio and catching up conversations for at least 10 min on the ordering microphone. when my time to order i specified i was on a hurry to take my order .Then at pick up the car infront received order and at least 5 min more on talking , employee telling them I told her i was on a hurry and started laughing . Very dissopoined since it was my first time there. They should not have unprofessional people working with out supervision. Never will I return.

This is my first bad experience with this Starbucks but it’s still a disappointing experience. I was ordering through drive-thru and the person taking our order was rude from the start. My mom does not know English but I do, she was telling me what she wanted to order and as I was telling the worker the Order she started giggling. When we pulled up to the window she said the Order would be 13 dollars with some cents. My mom gave her 14 dollars but the worker didn’t give us change. My mom waited for her change to be handed to her but the worker just gave her a weird look. The worker then said that we gave her 13 dollars even. My mom said she gave 14 dollars but the worker gave us attitude saying we gave her 13. After she said that she then proceeded to roll her eyes at us the aggressively hand my mom a one dollar bill then slammed the window. Like I said I never had a bad experience at this Starbucks till now. I did try to contact a manager but it was a “supervisor “ who picked up saying that they are on vacation, I told them what i experienced, then she said “I’m so sorry that happened to you, I’ll talk to them about it” i wasn’t done talking and they hung up on me. Now I’m thinking it was the same worker who treated us that way. I hope this worker hasn’t treated anyone else like this, and I hope they learn better customer service.
