Very poor customer service, I was waiting to order, nobody greeted me. Person at the counter, was FaceTiming with her friends. I just felt ignored. So I just left.

I was in town for a work project and decided to stop by this Starbucks for a quick break. I ordered a Medicine Ball tea and a warmed blueberry muffin, and it was the perfect combo for this rainy weather. Walking in, hearing Christmas music, and sipping a hot tea on a Sunday morning just hit different.
On top of that, the girls working here had amazing customer service — super friendly and welcoming, which made the stop even better. Great vibe, relaxing atmosphere, and overall a solid experience. Highly recommend stopping by.

Literally the worst Starbucks in Salinas. Was told my mobile order wasn’t ready and waited over 30 mins just for them to tell me someone took it on accident. They complained amongst themselves because they had to remake it and I was told I STILL had to wait because they had other mobile orders lined up. I was given so much attitude when it wasn’t my fault. The rudest staff ever.

I come here every now and then and every time the staff has been rude/passive aggressive… they ignore me or openly talk about/joke about me as if I’m not there or can’t hear them, like Daniel the barista and Leslie the cashier did when I came in for my drink today… I’m a working girl but that doesn’t make their behavior ok and I’m fully dressed… these employees are rude

I will never go there again the workers are very rude they didn’t even get my drink right took them 15 minutes just to take my order through the drive thru just to get my order wrong and when I asked if they could redo my drink I got the window closed on me they seriously need to get workers with no attitude 😡
