Normally I have a good experience at this location but if you get a not so friendly employee at the drive through it's probably Erica. She has no customer service and will mess up your drink. I had to repeat my drink a few times. She still didn't get it correct. I'm the only one at the drive through at 5 am. I asked mine for a specific temperature and cause she didn't want to make it again, her solution was to add ice to cool it. On top of the the cup was over flowed that my drink was all over the cup and made my hands sticky. Didn't even bother cleaning it or putting it in another cup. No smile, no customer service, bad attitude and bad barista. I'll definitely be going elsewhere. Get a new job Erica where you don't have to deal with customers

From a coffee perspective, it's what you'd expect from a Starbucks. However we were on a road trip on 101, and needed a coffee and a bio break, but there are NO restrooms. This is not a convenient stop if you are a traveler.

OVERCHARGED TWICE: (1) gave me incorrect change, so I was overcharged. (2) made my drink wrong, they didn’t add flavoring I was charged for, so I was overcharged again. (3) they didn’t scan my rewards card bc it was “too late”. (4) they didn’t give me a receipt or offer me one. (5) bc they didn’t scan my card or give me a receipt there is no “proof” i was over charged. (6). DOCUMENT EVERYTHING, starbucks can not be trusted! (7) This was my first starbucks experience after a year of boycotting. I will be going back to boycotting after being overcharged TWICE with one simple order. This happened on Dec. 11, 2024 at 10:12am.
