My phone is eight years old and today it decided I must upgrade to use my points or use the app at all.

I placed an online order for an everything bagel and sat in the store waiting for 20 minutes for them to tell me that they ran out. When I asked about if they just ran out or they had been out and chose not to say anything, she said it had just happened. I asked for a refund and the lady had a LOT of attitude and couldn’t even do that right. On top of that, the customer service was NOT great at all. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Not happy with my Starbucks experience.

Celeste is such a good barista! My coffee tastes so good every time she makes them! She is so sweet and very professional! Thank you so much for always being so kind! And making such good coffee!

Very convenient. Drive thru is open late. If they’re out of something, they actually give you different options.

The ham sandwich was terrible. I do not recommend it. They made me the wrong drink but fixed it without any fuss. The staff was polite.

I ordered hot latte drive through this morning and I was given plain black coffee.This happened three times. I belive the same person was the one who took my order.

Come to Starbucks all the time but I just needed to use the restroom today but it’s only available after purchase so ridiculous

Had a bad experience twice with startbucks one i order two drinks pay for them and then they had the audacity to say i didnt and order too they didnt keel the receipt or write my name i sat there waiting for the other drink 1 hourand left me without the other drink so i reported them to the corporate yesterday they were very rude making faces. They wrote enjjoy!! Same ppl well some where there snd enjoy for minute i though they have put something in my food
