we always have trouble in this location. I don’t want to be rude but most of the staff is very slow and they tend to prioritise their mobile orders over customers in the store. Waited literally 15 minutes for one drink wasn’t even busy smh will definitely be going to a different well managed place

This store has no atmosphere, the staff aren’t friendly, there is minimal seating and there is one bathroom for guests despite having two. Service is slowww!!!!! It’s a last resort Starbucks.

Horrible attitude as soon as you enter the door was not welcoming at all. There were two young ladies having an inappropriate conversation. Felt judged and girls had snobby attitude the entire time.

Coffee tastes like dishwasher. Could not find sugar or napkins. Could not get the attention of the wait staff all in all it was a dismal. The manager really needs to take control of her staff. I may be old fashioned I spent $20 for two coffees and two pieces of pastry and I really got nothing.

Don’t know what is with the Starbucks in this area. They have all the outlets capped so you can’t charge your laptop. They only have 3 tables. What a disaster
