We came in for a quick order for a cup of Horchata Espresso, but had to wait about 15 minutes. There were several people waiting with only 1 cashier and 1 barista. The restroom has the toilet and the hand-wash sinks in separate spaces. The drink tasted good.

Charged 2x the amount for a drink I always order and had to ask 2 times and wait 20 minutes after getting a bullshit excuse as to why I couldn't get some extra oatmilk in my drink during a very slow day. Why the barista was so rude towards me, ill never know.

I came in because I normally drink Starbucks but today I had to watch my caffeine so I just wanted a glass of water so I can drink my medicine and relax was possibly thinking about having a maybe a meal after but the lady that helped me told me that there’s a new policy where they cannot give me water unless I buy something which is so unprofessional and I felt like she was prejudice towards me. I make a lot of money for someone to judge me like that I have never gotten any Starbucks or any type of place and gotten a cup of water without someone telling me that. Will not be coming back here Starbucks is certainly losing people

I have never ordered from this location before and I will never order from here again . The drinks are put on the counter, very unorganized a messy You have to shuffle through drinks just to find your drink. They speak so low can’t hear your name, which is what happened to me. I ended up waiting there for about a half an hour when my drink was there for quite some time, but I never heard my name. I was waiting for my coffee. I saw Only one employee doing her job, making all the drinks by herself. I felt like the other two were running around like chickens with their heads, cut off, including the manager . None of them were observant or friendly as customers walk through the door. No one asked me if I needed anything, even though they saw me standing there for quite some time.
When I did get my drink, it was messy. Never again . I will not be coming here . when I asked for another lid it seems as though I was bothering the employee.

I walked up to the cash register & an employee just looked at me & walked away. I thought a colleague saw me when they turned around.

I was totally ignored, so I walked out from my first & last visit.

Today I stopped with my daughter to buy coffee. I’ve personally had never been inside the establishment itself at this location at North Davis Rd. The face of lady that took our order seemed annoyed by our presence, she didn’t even responded back when my daughter said good morning or responded when we paid and told her thank you. I’m thinking she is racist and has issues with Hispanics because while we were waiting for our drinks she would greet every single white person with a huge smile that walked through that door. I did not wanted to mention anything to my daughter since it was her idea to stop there. As soon as we got our drinks we left and when got in our car my daughter told me about how she felt and how the lady was treating everyone else nice. We will not be stopping anymore at this location. First time and only time. Thank you.
