Batista was too lazy to make a blended drink. She didn't want to dirty the blender would make any drink I wanted just not blended... one and to top it off it was 2hrs before closing time. And she had just finished using it two customers before me. I could understand if it was right before closing up shop.. but two hours before that's just ridiculous.. so disappointed in this new generation kids. Smh

Came here yesterday for a little pick me after grocery shopping and I ordered a venti iced white chocolate mocha and the barista made it to perfection!! Plus the staff was super friendly and very fast!!

The absolute best Starbucks staff around! Miss Jackie is the most wonderful woman ever! Caring and compassionate and she honestly loves and knows her customers! I do appreciate the fact that the staff here makes the drinks exactly how you're supposed to like this during the espresso before they had the milk with the syrup all that good stuff they don't just slam it together and hand it to you. When I say this team is absolutely amazing I mean that. Vanessa is such a large asset and she's been in this Starbucks for ever and she is super sweet and amazing. Lauren and Laila are new additions to the team but I freaking love them! And I am so glad they brought her back she was always amazing and then left for a little bit but when Miss Jackie told me she was coming back and I saw her smiling face I was so freaking excited! I just wish Shelly was still here because she was the bomb and always helped me no matter what and even though Rosemary is not in Starbucks anymore I still consider her a part of the crew and I'm glad I still get to see her on the other side of that wall lol Basically this team here is amazing and I'm really glad they're so close to where I live because I authentically enjoy going to see them. Even the baby loves to get her pupachino

Horrible service. Martha is super rude and seems to hate her job!! Like why be there if you're going to be rude to all the customers every day!? Just because of the pay? Please get a person with better customer service skills!! Not a grumpy person. I go there a lot and I've never seen her smile once!! Very rude!!

This is why I hate going to this freakin Safeway in the first place. I was standing in line then I was up next and stood in front of the refrigerator for the next available checkout and proceeded there and this employee in charge of checkout center said to the next in line, "was he next" pointing to me. I said I was next. I stood in line there was like 4 people in front of me. She said with a anger voice "sorry sir. I didn't see you" this is why I hate going to this Safeway.

Yesterday very nice words of encouragement and advice from barista Jackie. She explained not to give up and that our age ( over 55) doesn't matter when looking for a job. I went to my job interview refreshed, confident and caffeine free with my tall peach tranquility hot tea.
