I have been coming here everyday and today was charged. 45 cents for light ice. I was told they have been charging that for 5 months. As a daily starbucks customer this is the first time I have ever been charged for light ice. I will be driving to Sherwood gardens from now on.

I normally put Starbucks customer service on a 4 to 5 range. I've probably been to 50 Starbucks this is by far the worst service ever. I drop my car off at America's tire company walk straight there about 1 minute waited in line with 2 people ahead of me five employees there only one person taking money and making the drinks. She did not care that they were people in line and many people walked away because she was too interested in what two of the employees were talking about who are doing cleaning only. In fact nobody cared there. By the time she helped the only people ahead of me they had already called me and we're done with my tire rotation. Congratulations for the worst Starbucks customer service I've ever been to.
Another option for getting $tarBucks locally. Consistant with other locations, fast efficient preparation of the hot/cold be beverage of your choice.
