I ordered my two sandwiches through the app. When I arrived at the restaurant the had given my food to someone else. (I know that happens no big deal) when they realized THEY MADE THE MISTAKE they refused to refund me and told me that “this time” they would remake my food. There were two girls and the young girl was rude the entire time like there was something that I had done wrong. When I told her she didn’t have to be like that with me she said well you already have your food. She had NO REASON to treat me that way. I wasn’t rude and I honestly would not have been too upset about the wait but she definitely did not care to be human at all.

Subway imo has gone downhill as far as food quality. Back when I was younger I used to love coming here for fresh sandwiches but now it's like everytime I go I end up making a deposit in the John immediately after I finish my food and that's not good. Brown avocado, day old tuna that has been sitting there for hours maybe even days. Yuck I'm good with that.

I ordered a 6 in sweet onion teriyaki on white bread. Now I don't know what is going on with their bread but two bites into my whole sandwich crumbled and broke and everything fell out and I had to put it on my own bread
