I was driving through Salinas and I was a bit peckish. Wanting to grab a quick bite without breaking the bank, I saw this Subway. So off I go. The place was clean, staff provided good customer service, and the sandwich was delicious. It's comforting to know that I can go any Subways and get the same quality sandwich and reasonable prices. And this location did just that.
I sat inside to eat, it was clean and comfortable. The AC was cranking. There were a steady stream of customers eating in, the staff kept the dining room clean. The shop is located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. They are located on the corner of South Main Street (Route 68) and Nissen Road. The only glitch, in my visit, was that the restroom was out of order but there was a plumber there working on the issue.

Flor is the best. Super kind and attentive to her customers. She is quick at the counter and always has a smile. She makes the best sandwiches and for it only being her working she keeps the store perfectly clean. Best subway experience I have had in years.

The worst service i have ever expierenced in my life. this is the most mad i have ever been at an organization. ordered a combo with teriyaki steak. and they gave me no drink, no chips, and only lettuce cheese and no steak in my sandhwich.just horrible

I've come here often and there's this young man that has made my sandwich a few times. He has excellent customer service, effecient, very professional. I always see him keeping things up in this restaurant. I have been too the ones on No. Main and their customer service is horrible!!!! So, now I only come to this one. Please give kudos to this young man. I believe his name was/is Carl. Hes a tall caucasion with I believe light brown/brown hair, not sure of color. He would be amazing as a lead person or in a management position! I will continue coming to your store.

The worst subway I've ever been to. Sorry to be mean, but the employees here take stupid to a whole new level. I know good help is hard to find, but surely they an do better than that. For a subway, the food is average, 2 or 3 on a scale of 10. I was willing to put up with lame food, but not when its combined with bad service. Only eat here if you are really desperate!
