If I could give no stars, I definitely would. I came across an issue with an order today during my lunch which keep in mind is limited. I got charged on the app for my order which included a discount for the order, somehow the order never showed up on their system but it did show on my app for my bank statement that it was charged. I was willing to order it again in the store if the discount was still provided since the app wasn’t giving me the option to use it again, which I was denied for such. Everyone here was very rude with terrible customer service. I asked to speak to a manager which apparently the owner was present and she was the most rude person I had ever dealt with & basically didn’t care about my situation. If I was you I’d save my money and order Subway at another location. I’ll make sure to never order Subway from here again, even if that means driving a further distance.

I come here to complain about the poor performance and rudeness I was spoken with. I ordered my sandwiches treating the worker with respect as she’s yelling at me and once I decided to raise my voice she took it personal. I came with my family and we’re about to sit down to dine in as one of the workers yells they’re closing the lobby at 7, but the place doesn’t close till 9. We had visited the place 2 weeks back and dined in at 8:30, which just sounds like this worker didn’t want to close her shift.

They don't prepare sandwiches right verify your order is correct if you order online. When they get caught doing wrong instead of speaking English they will talk in spanish.

I was not happy! I specifically went there to get a pastrami sandwich and they didn't have pastrami, not happy at all because Togo's left Old Town Salinas who had the best sandwiches and this Subway didn't even have pastrami, I had to settle for something else!
