Made with love! This is definitely a go to for me in Salinas. Not my first time going but the first time I’ve felt the NEED to let other people know about a food spot. If you want homemade tortillas, good cuts of meat and awesome service this is the spot! Ps. I’m picky when it comes to taco trucks so if you are too this one won’t disappoint.
Can't find unfortunately. Didn't eat here but thanks for reporting the owner. I was looking for a restaurant. Maybe due to hunger not read properly. I hope others read better and can find the food truck.
I been residing in Salinas over 35 yrs. and I had my share of tacos… I been to numerous taco places… however the best ones are Taco’n Madre. They have a rich texture. The richest tacos ever! Is like one went to Mexico and eat tacos
