This is definitely a hidden gym. My brother and I went to try this place out after our church night service. They were closing down but they still took our order and still had quality customer service. I ordered 4 Birria Tacos and my brother ordered the Quesabirria taco and by far it is the best birria we had. Definitely making this my new spot for tacos and birria.

A hidden gem! Taco's Guadalajara is my go-to taco truck whenever I'm craving mouthwatering taco's! It's tucked away on the outskirts of town just out of the hustle and bustle. I have been coming here for about a year now, and they never disappoint. Their corn tortillas are amazing! They are made fresh to order and have the perfect texture and flavor. There's something magical about sinking your teeth into a freshly made, warm, pillowy corn tortilla that just screams "authenticity." I like mine filled with Al Pastor. Now, let's taco 'bout their Al Pastor. It doesn't taste like your typical Al Pastor, but it will definitely make your taste buds do a little happy dance. I would order this over other Al Pastor any day. It's always so moist (yes, I said it) and bursting with freshness and flavor. They also never fail to deliver on the toppings. The onions and cilantro they generously sprinkle on my tacos are always crisp, fragrant, and delicious. As is the tasty garnishing of refreshing cucumber and radish slices, along with the perfectly grilled onions. Just yum!I almost forgot the salsa. I could never forget the salsa! It's, for lack of a better word, salsa-licious! You'll want to ask for extra.Also, the people who run this little truck are as awesome as the food, adding an extra dose of taco-loving vibes to your experience. Plus, they've got your back with convenient phone orders. So, if you're on the hunt for mind-blowing tacos, I highly recommend this place. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Gonna try this truck, very helpful and friendly. Waiting on food. Ordered QuesaBirria, fish taco and beef head.The fresh homemade tortillas are good. Like the Beef Head Taco.These people could really get an even more following if they cooked the Birria maybe 30 minutes to 1 hour longer. It was very chewy. It also had good flavor just hope the meat was more tender.Owner or lady in charge was very nice, she recommended ordering the Enchiladas which sounds like a plan.
