Kid-friendliness: Don’t bring your kids, the lady here won’t like the mess kids leave when eating, and she will tell you! We would come in for breakfast sometimes 2+ time a week pay well over $50 one of these time I brought my 1 year old and she did tell me I front of everyone to not let my baby get the creamer, she probably got 2 and she told me to not let her because she leaves her a mess all this while rushing us out to seat other people on that table. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I brought many new friends and family here because food was good.

The owner the lady was very rude. I’ve came here multiple times because my grandma likes the food but meanwhile you’re eating the lady just stares and doesn’t let you enjoy your food. She expects you to eat and get up right away and leave. The other day I went with my sister and my neice and nephew, my nephew is 1 year old and very impatient he threw two napkins on the floor and one fork but keep in mind he’s only 1. As we were leaving the lady in a low voice told my sister next time she goes to not let her son make a mess! How is one fork and two napkins a mess? I work at a restaurant a much bigger restaurant and I’m a waitress and I don’t tell people stuff when kids make a mess! There kids! If you don’t wanna be cleaning then don’t have a restaurant.

Burrito King is a hidden gem located just off Main St. In downtown Salinas.I'm so happy to have found it this morning while looking for a place to get a bite to eat. And I might have walked right past had it not been for the sign on Main to advertise for the restaurant down the walkway. I ordered the breakfast burrito with eggs, potatoes and cheese and it was both delicious and filling.I also brought horchata back to the office for my office manager. She loves it.Note: I got in and out with my to-go order in about 5 minutes at 11am.Vegetarian options: My egg, potatoes, and cheese burrito was vegetarian friendly.
