Very rude staff in the office who is sitting in front for check out he doing bullshit I am asking for company email because broker is asking their email he want to leave email for how many pilots they want to load because there is only 6 pilots space and they tell me we load 10 pilots that’s is the problem we have so that’s why broker is asking for their email they are very rude they don’t know how to talk with drivers

This place is a cluster F. moved my 3pm appointment to 6pm without notifying me or dispatch causing me to miss my other appointment, next to no parking in the yard, next to no communication, and most of the time there will still be someone in the door still getting loaded

Crazy place, wish not to comeback to this place. Waiting for so long for frickin 4 pallets load. New truck just got here, they got called right away, I don’t know, I can feel a discrimination here I guess. I hope they work fairly to everyone.

Appt 9am checked in 9:05 on a door 9:15, 4 mixed full pallets, got bills at 10:15 !! Treated pretty well, IN and Out in an hour, ON A SATURDAY, I was amazed after reading all the nightmare reviews, great job Taylor Farms enjoy the shrimp 🍤!!

Most of the reviews complain about Taylor Farms' shipping department being very crappy, but who do we complain to when their onions turn out to be crappy also...as in contaminated with E. coli?! The number of food recalls in the USA is disgusting!
