They totally forgot my order. Then the cashier just ignored me when I asked her where was my order since other people got theirs before me. When she was asked by her supervisor what happened she didn’t say anything. I got a refund and left hungry. Not going there again.

Teriyaki Madness is my go-to for fresh, flavorful, and satisfying meals! The teriyaki chicken is always juicy and perfectly grilled, with just the right smoky sweetness. Just wanted to thank Teriyaki Madness for making their teriyaki sauce gluten free. We stumbled across this restaurant a couple weeks ago while traveling home from the central coast. We always struggle to find food for my daughter with celiac and so we were thrilled to find this restaurant chain. The food was great, serving size was large. We let the staff know about her disease and they changed gloves. It looks like they also have locations near us! 🎉🥳👏🎊🙌🍾

We tried this place for the first time. It was mediocre for teriyaki. The portions are substantial. We ordered the chicken breast with fried rice and only broccoli. Two orders of the regular size entree. In addition, we got an order of the crab Rangoon and 2 sodas. One of the entrees was free. Despite that, the bill was still nearly $50! Outrageous for what I consider fast food! The chicken was dry, unfortunately. The teriyaki did have good flavor. My husband liked the fried rice the most. The price for what you get is what's the most unsettling for me.

I ordered online, pick-up was at 730, but even though they were fully staffed and bit busy, the people who came in after me and ordered in person were still served first. My order came 20+ minutes late. Hella lame

Found a piece of rubber in my food pretty gross don’t know what it is. Didn’t even finish my food I was looking forward to feeling sick. Honestly don’t think I’ll be going back really put my hopes down to one of my favorite places to eat.
