I ordered the Pho Doc Biet and a hot tea, and I’m a very happy boy :) It was as good as my favorite pho in LA/OC. Great broth — clean and flavorful, not too salty, and not sweet. Good meats and tripe. The tendon was especially note worthy and plentiful! As a tea lover I was grateful for the second tea bag, which made for a delicious strong pot of tea.The staff is super friendly.It’s a nice family business. There is a reason this place a dedicated customer base. Apparently they were operating in Gilroy, closed for some time and then reopened in Salinas. It was the jubilation in the reviews about the reopening that got my attention.Thank you for the delicious meal! I’ll definitely come back here the next time I’m in Salinas.

This place used to be my favorite place for phò. However the owner has ruined it with their bad costumer service, giving customers wrong orders, and getting upset when asking for extra hot sauce. I was also accused of not paying and was followed to my vehicle only for them to realize that in fact I did pay and they didn't even offer an apology. I will never be returning here.

Heads up there closed on Wednesdays for a while. I love this place and support the day off they need. I just wonder where is a good substitute?

Ordered pick up.During pick up, we asked for sriracha and hoisin sauce for our pho and he said he mixed it and we asked for it separated not mixed but he denied us of sriracha and hoisin sauce separated. Once we pulled $1 out, his attitude switched up. Word of advice, not everyone wants the sauces mixed. We like to mix ours since we don't know the ratios of how much you put together in a little container. What if you put too much hoisin sauce and a little sriracha when I want more sriracha, less hoisin? PLEASE SEPARATE SAUCES DONT GET MAD AT US. Food obviously delicious tho.

When we're traveling we always look for a good bowl of hearty pho to end a trip and take us home. We came here on way home from Pismo craving for Vietnamese food, and this place did not disappoint! We all ordered pho with two appetizers (tau hu ky and goi cuon). Food was delicious and hit the spot. The spring rolls (goi cuon) were refreshing and the peanut sauce is dead on - it was perfect! The pho was good, too! The veggies were clean and fresh. Prices were very reasonable compared to San Jose. The Vietnamese cafe sua da was just right. I had the soda xi muoi (salted plum in sparkling water) which was also refreshing. The owner is nice too. He quickly brought us our drinks and order. Restaurant is clean and roomy. It was not busy when were came by on a Tuesday around 1:00ish. We will definitely come by again when we're driving home from SoCal.

I've been craving a good, authentic Vietnamese food and so when we had to run errands in the area, I immediately got on Yelp to search. Found this gem! Food was delicious and totally satisfied my craving! Service was excellent! This place, clean and spacious, is located in the Santa Rita Plaza where Buffalo Wild Wings is located. We will definitely be back!

We just had dinner at this location and can't wait to tell others about it! The beef stew noodles tasted homemade. The service was quick and great! Very attentive staff. Definitely recommend.

It's decent noodle,soup place. The two meat dishes we go where ok. There egg rolls where good. They do offer a little discount if you pay cash. Would we go back again yea.

This place is run by a guy who used to own the Pho place in Gilroy until he retired and i am so happy he came back to serving his food and a lot closer to me!!!! Yey! they serve really delicious beef noodles which i love! But everything in their menu is delicious and comforting.

We order beef stew, the dish was ok, the carrots inside my plate wasn’t fresh cooked, it was frozen cooked.. you can see it obviously.. I would not come next time..
