My friends and I stopped by because the reviews seemed pretty decent, but honestly, it was a letdown. The person who took my order didn’t seem very friendly, and the coffee was really bad. The vibe wasn’t great either — the place felt kind of run-down.

I really like the Mexican Frappe, it's the reason why I come... But the customer service is bad, I can count the times I've had good customer service but usually when you see the little aesthetic young baristas, you know the service will be bad. They always want tips, I tip polite workers but if you're sassy, forget it....one time one didn't even spoke to me and looked over my screen to check if I'd leave a tip (I pressed no tip.) idk if this is their first job but they have bad customer service and need training. Beerded bean is a great place but they need to fix that problem. Today I went and we asked for a frappe, it was a little over an hour to closing time the girl looked at the blender made a very visibly annoyed face and proceeded to take our order. I'm guessing she didn't want to use the blender an hour before closing maybe? But she could have addressed that to us instead of giving us attitude, we would have changed our drinks... Idk coffee shops are a happy place for most of us, hoping for better vibes 🙏

Every time I come in they make my coffee and just leave it there without calling my name. I feel like this is purposeful when I don’t tip because they call out the other drinks. This is the third time this has happened and the little girls are just rude like learn some etiquette . Anyways to to brewjee instead !

Pulled an excellent syrupy espresso on their Slayer espresso machine. Perfectly balanced citric acidity with roasted almond and berry notes.

Bearded Man Coffee has a cool, bar-like vibe that sets it apart from your average coffee shop. The coffee itself was pretty good—nothing to complain about there—and the service was solid.
That said, the bathroom was a definite downside. It felt dingy, dirty, and pretty run-down. Needing a code to access it added a tacky touch. Personally, a dirty bathroom always raises red flags for me about the rest of the place.
We only ordered two iced coffees, so I can’t speak to the food or other offerings. Overall, it’s a decent spot with good coffee and service, but the bathroom situation knocked it down to 4 stars.
