My boyfriend and I came in to eat We usually order curbside for today we decided to dine in. It was a little after 3 PM and it was not busy inside few people, but we did have a hard time finding a table to sit up because none of them were cleaned off. There was no line when we walked in. We walked straight up to the register to order, and it was quite frustrating because the woman taking our order kept interrupting and cutting us off in mid sentence. So we would start over again just to make sure that our order was being taken correctly. We ask for some napkins so that we could wipe down a table to sit up as we sat there waiting for our food about 10 minutes. We noticed that no one had came out to Clean the dining room. There was no customers besides the ones that were already eating at their tables when our order is called, we immediately see that the request that we made was not followed. When we mentioned it to the cashier she was insisting that’s what we did order thankfully another employee, a younger girl who spoke good English interrupted and told the woman no I heard him request what he’s asking for so she got kind of upset and remade that sandwich. It was not confusing at all, so I don’t know why the cashier and Cook had such a difficult time understanding besides that our food was good. I was surprised to see how big the store was inside and how many tables they had just unfortunate that they do not take more pride and keeping it clean as they definitely had the time to do so as we were leaving too we noticed that their glass doors were disgusting filthy again that’s something that I could’ve taken five minutes to clean and would have made a big difference i’m giving three stars because the food was good but two stars taken for the cashier making things unnecessarily difficult and for them not utilizing their time more efficiently properly keeping their dining room decent for customers to eat

A HAIR WAS FOUND IN MY FOOD!!! YUCK!!!! I called the store and asked for a manager. The customer service rep said “I have no way to connect you with a manager”??? I called the corporate Customer Service number and my call was not answered or returned. I sent an email to the corporate Customer Service Dept. and this too went unanswered. Where is the accountability here? Where is the food prep/handling cleanliness? I advise you to stay clear of this restaurant. GROSS!!!!

Just based on this visit. Waiting for cashier. Cook was there doesn't acknowledge me or other guests Waiting to order. Another person after about 1.5 min. comes out and see us and calls for someone else. They come out , looks half asleep. Very politely ask how can I help you. I stated I would like a double char combo without pickles and onions. She reply back , u just want the burger? I asked if only pickles and onions were the only thing they put on their burgers. Looks at me like im asking a stupid question. She then ask you don't want frys or anything else. I asked what comes in the combo , confused, she said frys and a drink. Just not fully awake or paying attention, but still very pleasant conversation. Burgers was good , frys sucked , they were soggy . I have visited this establishment before and very good food and frys. Some days people are off and some days there great. Would visit again. Hope she gets rest . Thanks for my Lunch.

I Ordered From Uber Eats I usually Don't tip but this this it tasted Straight like Ecoli thank God That I Always Check my Food Smell Too it Was Pretty Bad it was like a Month Ago the Whole Thing was Not Edible just for anyone that cares about your Food Check First I get onion rings and fries which were fine i got a Refund for a Double Char with Bacon
