My boyfriend and I came in to eat We usually order curbside for today we decided to dine in. It was a little after 3 PM and it was not busy inside few people, but we did have a hard time finding a table to sit up because none of them were cleaned off. There was no line when we walked in. We walked straight up to the register to order, and it was quite frustrating because the woman taking our order kept interrupting and cutting us off in mid sentence. So we would start over again...
Just based on this visit. Waiting for cashier. Cook was there doesn't acknowledge me or other guests Waiting to order. Another person after about 1.5 min. comes out and see us and calls for someone else. They come out , looks half asleep. Very politely ask how can I help you. I stated I would like a double char combo without pickles and onions. She reply back , u just want the burger? I asked if only pickles and onions were the only thing they put on their burgers. Looks...
Didn't realize orders were touch screen ordered. Perhaps the person up front could mention that? I didn't notice until I saw another customer go to it and order. Besides that everything was great
