Usually i get good food good delivery from wing stop. Not this Saturday. I ordered like usual, i have all my info entered, i order about three times a month. This sat. I ordered, get a message my delivery is on its way, then message it was delivered. Nope. Never delivered. Call door dash it forwards to the wing stop. So i talk to an employee, cant find my order, give him the order number, nope nothing, but it was delivered! Asked to speak to a manager, kept on hold for twenty minutes. Phone got picked up and set back on hold multiple times. No one ever let me know when they would get to me. Very disappointed when usually good service.

As far as food quality and taste, it's your basic & standard WingStop fare. Sadly, this and the fact that it's my closest location are all there is that's really keeping me coming back. With my most recent visit, I saw many people in the kitchen touching their masks and not washing their hands before preparing food, removing their masks while operating fryers, touching their faces & scratching their beards (also without proper hand washing), and a couple of them were even eating with their masks down in front of food prep areas. On top of this, when picking up my food the impatient cashiers ignored me and brushed me aside when I asked a question about my order, instead prioritizing a phone call that came in halfway through their response. Needless to say, this location still needs work, even if the food is good.

I order boneless wings, fries, brownie and sweet tea. I'm a southern girl and I know my sweet tea. It was perfect, not to sweet and not bitter. The wings were delicious. I ordered the lemon pepper and honey BBQ and both were delicious. I would have taken a photo but I ate it all.

I have no idea why, but someone there must hate me or something. The past 5 times I been there, they NEVER put any seasoning on my fries. I asked for light, regular and extra seasoning and always get fries with NO seasoning. t's pretty annoying, since the fries are really bland without seasoning. I've never had an issue at any other Wingstop.

PSA: went to WINGSTOP on SouthMAIN SALINAS -- found this white/blonde hair in my food ---so i call wing stop to tell them....I speak to Javier (the manager) not once does he apologize---instead he blames me and tells me it's my hair...DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION---SUPER GROSS #wingstopsouthmain

Never will I order from any wing stops in salinas. each time I have order the wings they are dry and/or over cooked. the fries are very salty and you get nothing but the crumbs or burnt end of the fries. staff members are rude and just standing around talking. only giving credits for the blue cheese dressing and buns.

The employees were pretty rude here. I got dirty looks from the lady taking our to go order and I just hated the experience so much. It was a little bit busy, a few people in line behind us. They couldn't hear very well even though we were talking loudly, but I don't blame them because it was a bit loud in the kitchen. They called us to let us know our order was ready but we didn't understand the first time and we asked them to repeat it but they just hung up. The food was okay, but I just don't recommend going in.

Delicious! Fantastic! I order a 15 pc split half original hot half garlic parm my absolute two favorites!! and an 8 pc original hot for my boyfriend , amazing job Wingstop !!! love the food , love the vibes inside especially when they have music going on in the back overall great experiences every time and a new cashier they have is very friendly and funny makes the experience even more better and just all around fun definitely coming back !!! maybe tmrrw lol

Every time I go here the food is done quickly (before time quoted), it is done right, the staff is friendly and sometimes I'm asked twice if I've been helped. I've never experienced what others are saying on here: do something right 1000 times no one says anything, make a mistake someone yells it at the top of their lungs.
I would go to the wing stop on Constitution instead of this one. That one is great, I've ordered here multiple times and it always tastes like the wings are undercooked. I've probably had one good experience here out of the four times I've been here. Only reason I ordered from here is because when I order off there website online it only allows me to pick these guys for delivery and I just keep hoping it'll get better, but it doesn't.

This location did not let my wife pick up our paid order because it was under my name and not hers. She even showed the cashier the email showing it was paid and the cashier still asked to see her i.d. This was terrible service, we're no longer going to purchase wings from this store.

Terrible customer service, my partner and I walked in and stood at the front to pick up our order, yet none of the three women standing at the register bothered to acknowledge us. Our first impression was that these WOC were prejudicial because as soon as a white teenager walked in, they said they would be with him soon. The girls were gossiping about snapchat filters and laughing loudly; it is clear this Wingstop needs a new manager that can hire decent people who can at least provide good customer service. My next point is the chicken was terrible, my partner's order was completely wrong, and overall it was a bad experience. We wanted to give S. Main (due to location) a try, but we are taking our business back to the Constitution location which is significantly better.

Messed up on my order, delivery... i literally paid $25 for 6 original wings, 2 ranch dressings and a coke. They forgot the fries and the extra 5 boneless wings. When I called the number no one answered and vm was full unable to leave message. First time I ever have a restaurant mess up this bad on an order and not have a number to call to let them know what happen.
