Matcha should be bright green, not grey.The Matcha you guys are using is not ceremonial traditional Vietnamese Matcha. It is the cheap kind.

I was underwhelmed by this place. On the one hand, the staff was very kind and offered us samples to help us determine what to order, they even checked that dairy was okay for us and offered alternatives if not. However once we put in the order for two drinks it came out to over $18! For two bubble tea drinks?! Holy cow. The prices were not posted, either. The names for their add-ins were confusing and not similar to other boba places I've been to so I did not know how to get what I wanted. When I got my drink it was bland and the add-ins were almost flavorless. Even the tapioca balls just tasted plain. I would not recommend this place, especially for the prices they are charging.

Rarely leave reviews, but they have some of the best drinks in town! Every time I’m there, they give the best service, always so patient & kind. Take the time to explain the drinks! The only complaint I have is their hours. I wish it was open earlier but over all awesome! ?
We heard about this place tried out food/drinks ... the Owner is RUDE doesn't smile & gave dirty looks ... NEVER AGAIN after trying their food & drinks we weren't sure what made us ALL SICK ?? ... don't know if it was their food or drinks but we were DEFINITELY ill which is very unusual for us! DEFINITELY would not recommend!!

My cousin and I have been coming to their boba shop regularly for about 5 months. Billy and Anh are always kind and welcoming. Their tea is freshly brewed and does not come prepackaged like other places where they have pre-made powders. You can also customize how much sugar you want in your drinks. I gladly pay for the quality and effort they put into their products. We come here every week and sometimes more even. It brings us joy at the end of a work week ?.If you had a great experience and love their boba, it helps them a lot if you rate their boba shop and write a review.
Vegetarian options: If you let them know you’re vegan/vegetarian, they are very accommodating and customize your drink.

Billy & Anh are such wonderful people. They make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. My first time going there I was super impressed by just the atmosphere alone. They really bring a tropical vibe to Salinas. I came all the way from seaside to try their boba out. Definitely worth it!! I ordered online & it was ready right on time. My little sister got an add in that she didn’t like and they were more than happy to fix her drink for her. We also ordered both waffles (pandan & taro) they were fresh, hot and so tasty. I can’t wait to come back and try their short ribs or lemon grass chicken!! Check them out!!

Hands down THE best Tea Shop in town! THE best Boba in Monterey County, and quite possibly Northern California. All made as ordered fresh and custom. Their customer service is amazing, they take the time to talk to you about their products and educate you on their flavors. If you like quality drinks and food (because even that is amazing), this is the place to go.
