Restaurant is clean. Lots of parking. Employees are friendly and helpful which surprised me - most fast food restaurant employees I've encountered don't smile and aren't patient. Food was prepared quickly and was good.

Workers are lazy and incompetent. They will ban your Wendy's account from ordering on the mobile app if you order anything so they don't have to work as much. Very bad for business.

Ordered through the app when I went to pick it up they said they didn't have my mobile order. When I asked to verify the pickup address they said that was for a different store on the other side of town. I went there and they didn't have my order either. I went back to the first place and asked for a manager. She said that the order had not been picked up. She made a fresh order for me but that doesn't make up for having to spend a half hour driving through town needlessly.
