Im not usually the one to leave a bad review, but im just tired of the place always messing up my order. Worst wingstop in Monterey County!!! Can't even answer the phone. They are rude!! Plus, I live 30 mins away, so driving back to fix it is not really an option. Yes, I should have checked it when I picked it up. But when you spend 100 +, you would expect they would get the dam order right, and if a manager or the owner happens to read, save your apology and don't act like you care!! If you did, you would hire better employees. I highly recommend going to another wingstop. This place is just trash!!!

Worse Wingstop I know. They forget orders all the time. They dont know how to multitask, despite big line for pick up they make you stand whole their cashiers are standing doing barely anything. Try calling an order in and it worse, they will put you on hold and forget about your call. 0/0 recommend

Ordered through the app and some of the food was missing. No way to report in in the app. It says to contact your store with any issues. I've called multiple times with no answer during business hours. What's going on over there that they can't be bothered to get an order right let alone answer the phone.

I mean it's a regular wingstop nothing much to it but the food is still spectacular the staff is respectful and friendly although the wait time can be pretty long at times but I don't blame them because lots of people go there and frying chicken does take a while but other than that it's a great place to dine at. The mango habanero is an amazing flavor to get if you like spicy and props to the garlic parm never too much garlic and never too much parm. The chicken sandwich is also really good whatever flavor suits it really well. Sometimes they forgot items but just call and they'll fix it right up. yum yum yum chicken ooooo🤤

First off I would like to say that I absolutely hated how my chicken tasted, it felt like the worker who made it nutted on it or something like that. Second of all the food gave me food poisoning and now I can move and all I can do is rot away doing nothing. I have added a pic of my toilet to show you what the chicken did to me. Please do something about this.

Ordered online and went to the store to pick up and no one ever picked up my order so now I’m waiting over an hour to get my order. There was a confirmation thru the app and there was no communication from wingstop saying my order was going to be delayed. Horrible service
