Even though I had my driver's license and order screen on my phone, the cashier wanted to see the credit card I used to pay for the order. I was forced to give more personal information than I ever gave for take out.At best, ID is good enough to prove that that order is yours, anything more is way too much.

Well, my experience was very unpleasant, I know that it is always very busy, I understand, but to begin with, they should give the most realistic waiting time. In any case, when we want what they sell, we wait, my son was given a 45-minute wait and we had to wait. More than an hour and a half, I saw when they delivered an order with the same name as my son and the lady did not check that it was the correct order, minutes later the person arrived to return the order because they made a mistake, that was when we approached to ask and I realized that the one they returned was my order but the ladies tried not to let me know when I asked to speak to the manager the matter came out worse since she is a very despotic lady and when I told her that my order had already taken a long time and that I saw the one they returned, I just didn't want them to give me that one, she got upset, she raised her voice and said not to offend her because she didn't do that, she practically wouldn't let me talk, I told her that I saw when they didn't check the order properly when they delivered it Then she told me if you don't like the service then don't buy. I was not comfortable just waiting for my food in the lobby. A lady from the crew members approached me and my partner to stop doing what we’re doing because there’s kids around. All me and my partner were doing was hugging and kissing in the cheek. There was no kid(s) around for her to say that. Unless it was her personal opinion/act of hers. She’s an old lady with place hair and wears a black face mask.
