The rudest staff. Not all there was ONE girl who was apologetic. I was very polite but JULIO was rude from the moment I walked in. I waited 45 min for an order just to find out it was given to someone else. I was patient and asked if they could move my order ahead since it was their mistake he acted like it was impossible and waited another 10 minutes before even asking me what the order was because he didn’t have the ticket any more. I waited 25 more minutes. I watched the staff struggling to get their orders correctly packed. And good thing I double checked the bag before I left because they forgot the fries. As if the whole experience wasn’t bad enough I watched Julio put someone on hold and then clock out and walk out the door. He didn’t even tell anyone that someone was on the phone. I understand it gets busy and maybe the staff isn’t trained well enough or maybe management just can’t get a grip but to treat customers that way is wild to me. And just to mention I’m a deliver Driver so it wasn’t my food. I was working as well so it’s not like I could just leave without the food then I would miss out on money after wasting all that time. I make it a point to be polite BECAUSE I have to go in there again and again and I’m not a fan of making enemies. And the lady who was handing out orders acted like it was my fault that she gave out the wrong order. I watched her give three deliveries out without asking them to confirm the order and when it got to my order she didn’t want to hand me the order until I confirmed it which is fine but what rubbed me the wrong way is she only asked me not any other driver. At that point I was irritated and got sassy and asked her why she did that. She had no answer. I will avoid that place at all cost .

I’m highly unsatisfied with this wingstop location I want to know who is packing these 2go orders they are always forgetting something!! FIND A NEW manager make sure they are packing the correct orders and make sure our condiments we pay extra for are IN THE BAG this is SO DISAPPOINTING AND INFURIATING DO BETTER!!! We pay a lot of money expecting for everything we pay for to be in that bag DO your jobs BETTER!! HIRE PEOPLE WHO ARE ACTUALLY CAPABLE of placing the food in the bag! I’ve been calling to get a refund and they DO NOT ANSWER AT ALL WHO WORKS HERE !!?

It doesnt deserve a star! Took forever for only a single combo. Im talking one hour. Stafff is rude and dont seem to care!! I dont recommend this place!

I placed an order of 160 traditional wings after I got my order I noticed that they only gave me 100 wings. I was missing 60 winds, I went back to the store and I told them I was missing 60 wings, the front desk employee went to talk to the manager after a few minutes the employee came back amd said there was nothing they could do about it, after that I asked to talk to the manager and she refused to approach me and talk to me. Few minutes later I called the store and the manager was rude and not helpful at all, I told them I need it to know the time the store manager was going to be in the store and she refused to tell me; she was not helpful. She could not help me in anyway she just did not care. Y paid 250 dollars and for 100 wings.

Horrible experience. This place needs better management or to be shut down. Just let the other locations handle it because the workers here are RUDE and take their sweet time. I was just there yesterday, I did a pick up order on my way back home to Salinas so 30 MINUTES AHEAD. I get there. Its been ready as it says on app. I go inside & im asking for my stuff but getting ignored. The store was somewhat empty when i first walked in so i expected my food immediately especially since it was already ready. Nope. Had to wait like another 30-40 minutes & it seemed like they didnt even start the damn order yet. So disrespectful & inconsiderate. I had to switch my plans around that night because they wasted my damn time. So pissed & wont be going back to this location EVER!!!!! If you’re gonna mess up, hand out free chicken or freed at that point. It’s so disrespectful!!!!
Everytime we ask to have the wings fried hard (extra cook time) they never do it. This has been on more than one occasion. I don’t see how hard it is to leave the wings in there for another minute or two! Don’t have an option for “extra cook time” if you never do it and when we ask you in person to please do so, you guys STILL don’t do it. It’s ridiculous!
