Food is good but takes way longer than they tell you every single time. Be ready to wait 60 minutes plug when they tell you 10-15.
Worst Wingstop in Salinas when it comes to customer service, delivery services and when you call the store it goes straight to voicemail workers are all disrespectful and don't care about doing their job right

Every time we order food, the wait is over an hour. We also can never order over the phone because the number shown on the company site does not work. This is ridiculous. Not only that, I went in this evening around 7:26 pm in hopes of picking up my order and the girl working the cash register was incredibly nasty. I have worked customer service for a long time and her attitude was unacceptable. She did not have a name tag, or I would mention her by name. My whole family and I will never come back here again and I will be sure to let the rest of my friends and family know too. Shame on management and the owner for allowing this. Currently trying to cancel and refund my order.

Ordered a 4pc tenders and got 3 and small ones at that. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. Left a voicemail, no call back.

I waited over an hour just for one Chicken Sandwich — a sandwich they forgot to include in my original order. Even after the mistake was acknowledged, my replacement order wasn’t prioritized at all. I had to get up several times to check the pickup window and ask if they were working on it.
After more than an hour of waiting, I left feeling completely frustrated and disappointed. The restaurant itself was in poor condition: slippery floors, non-functioning bathrooms, and visible hygiene issues. Urine was overflowing onto the restroom floor, and no one seemed to be addressing it.
On top of that, I noticed that many employees were not wearing proper hair nets or face coverings. With long hair and beards in a warm, humid kitchen, it’s easy for hair to shed into food — a serious food safety concern.
I genuinely enjoy Wingstop’s food and recipes, but this location needs urgent attention from health and safety inspectors. Until improvements are made, I’d recommend going somewhere else that values both your time and basic hygiene standards.

cashier advised 25 min wait and i have been waiting for almost a hour, cashier had rude tone while taking my order and didn’t seem very patient. customer service is pathetic i have never waited this long for a order. never again

Called to place an order was told 10/20 minutes I show up 45 later order still not done then they try and say they don’t start an order till you arrived and pay what a waist of time!

The rudest staff. Not all there was ONE girl who was apologetic. I was very polite but JULIO was rude from the moment I walked in. I waited 45 min for an order just to find out it was given to someone else. I was patient and asked if they could move my order ahead since it was their mistake he acted like it was impossible and waited another 10 minutes before even asking me what the order was because he didn’t have the ticket any more. I waited 25 more minutes. I watched the staff struggling to get their orders correctly packed. And good thing I double checked the bag before I left because they forgot the fries. As if the whole experience wasn’t bad enough I watched Julio put someone on hold and then clock out and walk out the door. He didn’t even tell anyone that someone was on the phone. I understand it gets busy and maybe the staff isn’t trained well enough or maybe management just can’t get a grip but to treat customers that way is wild to me. And just to mention I’m a deliver Driver so it wasn’t my food. I was working as well so it’s not like I could just leave without the food then I would miss out on money after wasting all that time. I make it a point to be polite BECAUSE I have to go in there again and again and I’m not a fan of making enemies. And the lady who was handing out orders acted like it was my fault that she gave out the wrong order. I watched her give three deliveries out without asking them to confirm the order and when it got to my order she didn’t want to hand me the order until I confirmed it which is fine but what rubbed me the wrong way is she only asked me not any other driver. At that point I was irritated and got sassy and asked her why she did that. She had no answer. I will avoid that place at all cost .

I’m highly unsatisfied with this wingstop location I want to know who is packing these 2go orders they are always forgetting something!! FIND A NEW manager make sure they are packing the correct orders and make sure our condiments we pay extra for are IN THE BAG this is SO DISAPPOINTING AND INFURIATING DO BETTER!!! We pay a lot of money expecting for everything we pay for to be in that bag DO your jobs BETTER!! HIRE PEOPLE WHO ARE ACTUALLY CAPABLE of placing the food in the bag! I’ve been calling to get a refund and they DO NOT ANSWER AT ALL WHO WORKS HERE !!?

It doesnt deserve a star! Took forever for only a single combo. Im talking one hour. Stafff is rude and dont seem to care!! I dont recommend this place!
