Ordered a 10 piece lemon pepper. Got home to find out they gave me 10 plan wings smh come on now
great service in person but this location is notorious for not answering the phone. food is bomb and fresh

Horrible experience. This place needs better management or to be shut down. Just let the other locations handle it because the workers here are RUDE and take their sweet time. I was just there yesterday, I did a pick up order on my way back home to Salinas so 30 MINUTES AHEAD. I get there. Its been ready as it says on app. I go inside & im asking for my stuff but getting ignored. The store was somewhat empty when i first walked in so i expected my food immediately especially since it was already ready. Nope. Had to wait like another 30-40 minutes & it seemed like they didnt even start the damn order yet. So disrespectful & inconsiderate. I had to switch my plans around that night because they wasted my damn time. So pissed & wont be going back to this location EVER!!!!! If you’re gonna mess up, hand out free chicken or freed at that point. It’s so disrespectful!!!!
Everytime we ask to have the wings fried hard (extra cook time) they never do it. This has been on more than one occasion. I don’t see how hard it is to leave the wings in there for another minute or two! Don’t have an option for “extra cook time” if you never do it and when we ask you in person to please do so, you guys STILL don’t do it. It’s ridiculous!

Went today and they were extremely friendly even thought they were dealing with technical issues. Great team both cashiers and back team worked wonderfully.

The night manager (heavy set guy) has no business being a manager!! Refuse to take my 100 bill. I asked the cashier before placing my order and he said he did have change to break it. I stood in line for 15 to place my order and a new cashier took my order and said she didn't have change! I told her I had just spoken to another cashier and he said he would be able to make change for me! The manager came out, refuse to give me his name and his corporate number, he said " Look it up online, I don't have to give you my name nor the phone number!" Absolutely worse customer service ever! Will never go back ! Time to call corporate!

Worst experience ever!! They over cooked my chicken and then they ask my to go back to have it re done. I said no because I leave far away. The person handling didn’t know the answers so she was asking a manager. She said the manager could only do a one time refund and she the. Just hand up on me . Didn’t even say bye or nothing. Then I called back any the manager on duty says he needs to contact the NEW OWNERS to get it approved!!!

Placed an order online at 11:15, website says 15-20 min wait. Showed up to restaurant and waited an additional 30 min. Wait times are crazy even though they are not as busy as the other locations

I got fries that were fresh but you could just tell the oil was old. Didn’t taste right. Then the manager got upset and mad even though I was super polite. And definitely would not come back worst service ever. Wings were good but service wasn’t.
