They just opened the Taste of Thai Fusion a month ago (December 2023). The original restaurant from before Covid was a fan favorite, and this one is well on its way. The chef - Freddy - is also the same one as before.Huge portions (one order is good for 1.5-2 ppl) and yummy food at a very reasonable price. Even if they slowly increase the price or decrease the quantity as the restaurant matures, it will be a good deal.The food is spicy, as Thai restaurants should be, so beware...
First time coming to a thai place for quite a while. The food was delicious! I had the coconut soup with tofu and it was on point. It was spicy yet enjoyable. The customer service was great! And we even got a delicious dessert on the house since it was my husband's birthday. ?? I am not from Salinas, but if I was, I would definitely make this my to go Thai place.
