High Tech Burrito - San Anselmo

The manager, Jeffrey Pojoy, is excellent. I made a mistake in thinking that my son ordered his lunch from the San Anselmo store but actually he ordered it from the Mill Valley store. Even though he couldn't find the order in the store's system he had my son's order made with no complaints and offered a free container of guac. He was very professional and just nice. Definitely will go back to Hi Tech!

20 minutes late for a scheduled order. Ended up missing my lunch break. People who came in while waiting got orders before us. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you don’t get your food. Quality wasn’t great either.

The A/C doesn't work and it’s hot as hell in there. The poor workers have to stare at the giant A/C vents and know they are being screwed. Do something HTB or I will file a complaint.

I came in today and the temp was 89 degrees, not fair to hbd employees at all. Service was wonderful and food is great but please take care of your employees and turn on hbd air conditioner gif them.
