Found Lasagna Today on the website as I was looking for a vegetarian lasagna for our Thanksgiving dinner. I called the number and spoke to Francesco and explained what I was looking for. The family size lasagna was delivered 2 days prior to Thanksgiving along with garlic bread and heating instructions. What can I say? Wow, the vegetarian lasagna was excellent! The cream sauce was so good and complimented the vegetables. My family loved it! We all had seconds! We plan to order more lasagna in the future and try a bolognese. Highly recommend Lasagna Today! Excellent!!!!!

We ordered 2 classic Bolognese lasagnas from Francesco- and were 100% delighted. I am an Italian American and have eaten lasagna all over the states and Italy- and this lasagna was the best!! Can’t wait to order again.

You won't find a better lasagna than Francesco's Classic Bolognese. The high quality ingredients, the artful way it is prepared and Francesco's charm makes this one of the best culinary experiences I've ever had. I've never had the pleasure of supporting a brilliant chef in such a personal way, Francesco's really onto something with this style of business and I don't know why there aren't more like it. The lasagna has many layers of pasta with deeply rich, flavorful Bolognese in-between and he does not hold back on the delicious creamy white sauce. It is filling and rich while somehow remaining light with the many layers. Francesco included a gift of a flourless chocolate cake with my order that was fought over and devoured as soon as I took it home. To order from Francesco is not just a way to have a wonderful home meal without the hard work of cooking, it is to support a talented chef who's trying something new and excitingand showing what's possible to younger chefs. Couldn't recommend enough.

We ordered lasagna for our NYE 22 gathering and it was fantastic! Kids and adults all enjoyed and it made New Year’s Eve cooking a breeze! On top of it all, Francesco was a delight! We’ll definitely be ordering again. Thank you Francesco.
What an amazing find. Three members of my family need to be gluten-free and I am dairy sensitive (makes serving lasagna difficult!). However, upon searching for options in Marin, amazingly I discovered Lasagna-Today. It was late on a Sunday, so I was happy to see they had an online ordering system with pick up or delivery options. There were different sizes to choose from and even frozen options, which worked well for me since my party wasn’t going to be for a week. Overall the traditional gluten-free and vegan lasagnas were incredible. They came with directions, and Francesco from lasagna today kept in touch with me several times and even followed up with me about how to prepare the frozen lasagnas. Everyone at my gathering, even those without food, sensitivities, loved them. The flavor was amazing, and it was easy to tell they were made with high-quality ingredients. Both lasagnas were moist with plenty of sauce, and all the flavors and ingredients stood out from one another. I especially enjoyed the vegan lasagna and still can’t get over how creamy it was; it’s hard to believe there is no dairy in this! Can’t wait to go back!

I cannot recommend this shop enough or say enough good things about the people who work here!!! Fresh, delicious lasagnes and I also love their soups (and salads) in particular. When people love and are passionate about their craft, it truly shows. The people that work here really care about their customers and that means so much in today’s world of “Sorry we’re closed! We closed like seriously .2 seconds ago… but good luck, bye (click)!!”Yep, really good luck is certainly needed when you are in the ‘burbs and trying to find high quality, fresh food delivery (after 7/7:30pm, especially on a weeknight). I was confined to the home because I have 2 young children, 1 asleep and 1 really sick. I could not muster the energy to cook anything after being barfed on multiple times and dealing with regular working mom life. Zero energy left... Looked on DoorDash, ubereats, etc. Nothing! and no I’d rather starve than have McDonald’s delivered to my door!! Happy meals already passed through the house earlier this week out of desperation. Fast food was pretty much the only option as it appeared online at this point.After pretty much not eating all day due to the circumstances, suddenly a lightbulb went off. I remembered how I had ordered fresh lasagne from a place that started up during the height of covid and I had ordered couple times after as well, I thought I might as well give it shot, it said online they were still “open” (even though many places say they “are open” in reality, they won’t deliver orders much less accept orders even when it says they will).Sure enough, to my delight, I got a call back from a very nice Italian man saying he would make the order and delivery happen, asked which soups I liked to accommodate my order, despite it being late and I’m sure I was the only one placing an order in the area at that time (because it is so hard to get quality food delivered after 7:30 on a weeknight most people I’m sure don’t even try because it is such a long shot to get something good).The food was absolutely delicious and fresh as always! Made with love and care. Service impeccable! I highly recommend this place to anyone—dinner for two, for family or large gathering. They will take care of you!Support small business that care about their product and care about you! The quality and service cannot be beat.Thank you so much for saving my day and for the bonus dessert!
