fro-yo was delicious, lady working there is afternoon was quite rude. she was very disrespectful to all the customers. we were going to sit down and eat inside, but due to her behaviour, we left. this was very unfortunate - i am honestly disappointed.

I have been to this swirl a few times, frozen yogurt was good. I have always enjoyed all the topping. This trip we had checked out and started enjoying the froyo. About 3/4th done and the 12 year old I brought seemed to have felt something in her bite, and then showed me something that came out of the frozen yogurt. It was a cut fingernail we were absolutely shocked with no idea how or where it could have ended up in the frozen yogurt cup. I have never found any item other than this today in any of my frozen yogurts/ food in general so we were definitely taken back. I would be weary just after our recent trip.

They have Best froyo, the flavor selection never ever disappoints and the atmosphere is great. Swirl has become one of our favorite (and very 1st) family traditions. , ??? ? ??? ⭐???️

Does the job. Similar setup to Tuttimelon in Novato. One plant based option and similar to tutti it was not a vanilla/choc type of flavor that is easy to mix toppings with. That was kind of a bummer (citrus type flavors are not a super match to nuts chocolate and berries - I prefer a vanilla). A large variety of toppings including fresh fruit, cereals, candies, nuts and mochi etc. Clean interior and nice staff make it a suitable family stop. I got a slightly big serving and it cost me almost 10 bucks. Kids bowls were about 5. Don't forget to get a punch card.

Absolutely rude worker. Talks rudely to little kids, and claimed that I didn’t have ocd for literally no reason at all. I do have ocd, and I was talking to my friend about it, and this woman says to me with a straight face “if you really had ocd, there wouldn’t be chocolate on your shirt” how dare she. She was completely invalidating my struggles with mental health and it makes me sick
The owner needs to hire some competent people. The phone was answered after several things, but no one spoke. No greeting. Apathetic, bored attitude when she finally spoke. No thanks.We will go elsewhere

I randomly clicked on the yelp ink on safari when looking up the hours tonight to make sure they were still open. I was surprised to read some of the reviews about the staff. This is a homegrown yogurt shop and while it is certainly updated to today's Marin standards, it still reminds me of the yogurt shop my friends worked at in high school. And I love that about it. We have been many many times and have always been greeted by lovely young people. The two guys running it tonight were great. Keep up the good work!
