Hiep Thanh sandwich shop next door to the Hiep Thanh market is pretty decent.
Employees are helpful.
They have a good selection of Vietnamese bahn mi sandwiches and other dishes.
They also have a good selection of desserts, too.
Their bahn mi's are good.
Got some coconut and pandan jello pretty tasty and a fresh durian smoothie with boba so damn good.
Also, I had their pandan drink with fruits it was delicious.
Overall, it was a great spot for a delicious sandwich and dessert.
We will definitely be back.

It's a little market that serves Asian cuisine and Boba Tea/Smoothies. It's easy to get it mixed up with the grocery next door, but just keep walking a few doors down. The staff were friendly but short, with little interaction. The Strawberry smoothie I had was surprisingly delicious though and only 3.99. Unfortunately, there is no place to sit and enjoy, so consider it take out only. I haven't had a chance to try the other fair, but I probably will return to give it a shot since it looked delicious.

Excellent foods at reasonable prices. Great Asian sandwiches . Excellent sweet drinks.

Vegetarian options: Very limited. Not sit in place. More take out lunch crowd.

Solid banh mi at an incredible price. And the workers were so amazingly kind. I was in and out in under 2 minutes. This place is takeout only.

Pretty good banh mi for only $3.75 and chow mein huge portion for $9 and rice wrap spring roll also cheap and fried rice. Pretty good viet restaurant next to supermarket.
