Don’t be dismayed by this seemingly run down facade… the food here is far by the best! They have canteen style no frills take away only. Bobas are good especially the Taro and priced at 3.5USD. The Banh -mi are tasty too! They make their own bread. One day, there’s a shrimp in the menu and for one order ofit - almost 11 dollars , I got humongous 14 pieces of shrimp with ginger strips and capsicum. That’s the most affordable shrimp I had. They also sell typical Vietnamese bites like broken rice, spring rolls, and sweet sesame balls. Menus do change though. I came back last Friday and my shrimpies were not there. Definitely a must go to !

They do large party platters also. They offer coffees, teas, and bobas also. All around good place for sandwiches and drinks.Parking: Large parking lot with ample parking.
