Went here bc I have eaten here for years and this location is open 24 hours but I strayed from my usual BRC and instead I had an enchilada dinner plate. I asked for ground beef and cheese with beans and rice. Beans were far from tasty and the rice was dry and flavorless and my enchiladas were shredded beef with almost no cheese and the whole dish was cold.
