I showed up a day earlier than my appointment, which was scheduled for 12:00 PM the next day, and they were kind enough to load me ahead of schedule. This saved me a lot of time.

The staff was super friendly and easy to work with, and the loading process was really quick.

Pros: Family is very much involved, making sure quality exceeds expectations on all their products. Shows their appreciation to their employees throughout the year.

PU: 3454 and 3392 are a company. There is no doorman until check-in at dock No. 19. They are required to disconnect the air pipe. After loading the goods, the staff installs the seal and then returns to the office to get the goods list. It says that the actual work date is 6 o'clock in the morning. Have to wait until 7 o'clock!

Nice people but some things need to be managed much better

made a delivery to your facility early this morning. I just want to commend Christopher in the receiving department at Kingsport TN, this gentleman met me at my truck, instructed me where to go to get unloaded, unloaded me fast, He is definitely an asset to your company for professionalism! I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the courteousness of your employee! Thank you!
