Ordered 2 meals, one meal they forgot to put the chicken. We got a lettuce, tomato, mayo sandwich. Called and the cook said they put the meat in there. I know im not lying. At least Brandy the manager said she would replace next time.

Don't eat here. I specifically asked for fresh fried and they were lukewarm at best. The roast beef was cold too. I bought food at 5:49pm and they still had the apple turnovers from opening. The kid told me they cooked food to order...yeah right.

I had problems ordering online in the app and I had a good coupon in my app. The employees helped me get the food for the right price, but not sure if I received credit for my Arby's rewards . I didn't see where to enter a receipt in my app.

I've been here several times to Dine in but this last time was the best. It was super clean. The food was good. Staff was attentive and happy to take our order. They even brought our food and drinks right to our table. Great service. We will definitely be back.
