Just wanted to give the Assistant Manager Brandy a shout out. Her customer service went above and beyond. I've been sleeping on Arby's and she not only gave good recommendations on what to order but she took the time out to let me know all what Arby's now offer. I had problems ordering online in the app and I had a good coupon in my app. The employees helped me get the food for the right price, but not sure if I received credit for my Arby's rewards . I didn't see where to enter a receipt in my app.
