I was suckered in by a deal saying that they were having free delivery, as well as a discount. It just happened to be the Saturday before the Super Bowl and they were having their stadium deal.I had a friend who ate an entire stadium by himself and I remember the set up looking super cool, so I wanted to have that same experience. I ordered the stadium via the app and it's these 2 huge popcorn bucket sized containers of pretzel bites with sauces included. It's NOT cheap even with the discount.The sad thing was at no point was I notified by the restaurant or the delivery that they ran out of the stadium containers for the set up, so I spent all that money, was hyped up, and looked forward to absolutely nothing. Never again.

The young lil white girl that works register has a rude a** ugly attitude and doesn't know much about customer service. I had a free pretzel which was scanned and the computer was loading and then when my free pretzel reward expired on my phone because I redeemed it she was asking her coworker if it was actually a free pretzel and I said yes it was a free pretzel and then she proceeded to have an attitude and said she just wanted to make sure. If she wanted to make sure she should've scanned it herself. Pretzel b*****

Felt a bit thirsty and wanted to grab a snack. The Auntie Anne's pretzels is right near Zumiez. Picked up a strawberry lemonade and pepperoni pretzel. Delicious! Hit the spot!

Found hair baked into my pretzel nugs, then went back and saw the health code violations that led up to me finding hair. Wish I could give them 0 stars but only one star because auntie Anne's is a good pretzel company.

Came in for almond pretzel nuggets. The nuggets tasted stale and chewy like they have been sitting out all day. Excellent customer service from the girls at the stand which is why I am giving them 2 stars but you just can't sell people stale food. Worst six dollars and change that I have spent in a while.
