My first time ordering there. I feel under the weather and I order the Pho Special.. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant,when I got there they had quite a few people so that means something...that is a good place!!! The soup hit the spot.. was very good and tasty. Good food, friendly staff and for the price was not bad at all.

Fast, delicious, good prices. Very homey feeling. The French bread is FRESH!!! Made daily, and made my express special bahn mi sandwich delicious. Hits the spot. Nothing on the menu over $13 too. A great value

The flavor and texture of the Banh Mi Dac Biet was good, but in relation to the price is absolutely ridiculous. I paid $28.20 (including tax and suggested tip) for 2 Banh Mi Dac Biet that didn’t fill me up because the sandwiches were barely filled. Today I went to Hiep Thanh and for $23.50 (tax and no suggested tip) I got 2 Banh Mi Dac Biet that were packed with meat and veggies, 2Pc Pork Belly, 1PC Banh Quoy, 3PC Shrimp Summer Roll and a Pandan Dessert. 1 Banh Mi Dac Biet here is almost $12, at Hiep Thanh it’s $4.50, that’s 2.7x more. The difference in bang for your buck is astronomical. I know this place is convenient for CSUSB, but I do not recommend going here. Drive the extra 15 mins to Little Saigon to get your moneys worth.

We are visiting family and my brother in law suggested we try his favorite bahn mi. We were thrilled with the fresh baguettes, baked right there, and all the fresh ingredients prepared in house with great care. I can’t wait to sample some of the other varieties of sandwiches they offer! I ordered the Vietnamese coffee and my husband had Thai iced tea, both were very flavorful and refreshing. We were greeted warmly and both Lynn and Jackie made sure we were happy with our food! I can highly recommend this wonderful cafe!

Great service and great food..the Bahn Mi sandwich on fresh made baguette was really good and priced just right..Foot long i might add..The Spring rolls are 3 for $8 Holy Smokes i wish I was really hungry, I would have ordered more. Food made with pride and it shows..Come and enjoy..Oh yeah Smoothies and coffee available plus Pho..Sit in or take out and enjoy

EVERYTHING on the menu is great from the banh mis to the pho to the pot stickers and crab rangoons. And they make/sell their baguettes fresh daily! This place is a great little hidden gem, highly recommended

Very poor customer service, really pricey
for the portion of food they serve you, food was cold, and to top it off they only give you a teaspoon of condiments. Extra charge if you want more. I definitely will not be coming back again

Small and super chill place. Nice customer service. Yummy delicious crab rangoons. Sandwich on the baguette bread, SO GOOD!

Was craving for street style band mi and that'd what I got here! The classic band mi i ordered reminded me of the $1.00 ones that sustained me as a struggling college student at SJSU in downtown San Jose in the 90s. The best thing about the sandwich? The baguette of course! Call in your order. They'll have it packed and ready to go as soon as you get there!
