Went through drive thru and order fries were very salty couldn't even eat them also not one napkin in the bag tacos had very little meat also what's going on with this very poor

These burgers used to be juicy and fresh. I got one and it was dry and unimpressive. It looked terrible and the taste wasn't any better. This isn't the Bakers we grew up with.

Parking: We were trying to order the food the guy at the drive thru was very rude trying to rush us with our order there was no line behind us he was getting the order wrong when we got the the window he didn't want to repeat the order the guy kept saying how much it 4 times very rude we didn't get our food I wouldn't recommend coming here

What happened to the old bakers? The food is not the same. Every time I come down to visit, I get disappointed more and more. When I worked there in high school, customer services were their top priority, not anymore

The restrooms were cleaner than the dining area. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere wasn’t very inviting my food. I give it a half star and I only gave it the one because I couldn’t get the half because it looked like somebody just threw up on it, took out the trash and put it on serve to me. My overall service would have to be one and a half star only because customer service was so friendly and that’s why I give it the one and a half star.

Unfortunately, this location needs help. They got my order wrong even when I told the guy at the window the correct one. He was really nice and apologetic about the wait, but the presentation of the food and the long wait really killed my Bakers vibe. I do miss my pound of fries ???

worst bakers so far, employees are really nice on the other hand the manager is not. today i went in to make an order and was waiting for more than 10 minutes because the manger (gladis) was in the drive through window OFF THE CLOCK yelling at her employees in front of the customers causing them to not work and waste all our times, it was really unprofessional! i often do come in here and she won’t be helping out her workers as the manager on floor.
