I placed an order through the drive thru and when I got home I realized I didn’t get one of my items. I called the store and each time I called someone would answer, not say anything and hang up when I would try to say hello. After the 4th time, I got a call back and the person on the line said to stop calling this number since it’s a place of business. I asked them if this wasn’t the number for bakers, they told me it was so I told the guy (his name was Matt) that one of my items was missing and I wanted it to get it replaced. He told me as long as I keep the receipt I can come in. I asked if I could do it another day and if he could write my name down. I was told to just bring the receipt whenever I came back. This whole interaction felt rushed, I practically had to hurry my questions in before he could hang up again. The whole reason I’m leaving this review is because his tone of voice was very dismissive and being told to stop calling when my calls would be answered and then immediately hung up when they made a mistake is very unprofessional and disrespectful. Employees need to do better, I’ve worked fast food and customer service for years and this is not the way to run a business, I would understand if I was a rude customer but I barely got a word in.

Used to go here when I would travel to the ski resorts.... then again on way home. Used to be THE stop. Now it is surrounded by everything!
This Bakers will always be the best location for us. We used to eat at this location when we were teenagers and attended San Gorgonio Highschool. We are now 40 years old and stop here when we are in the area since we live in another city. The food is always good, friendly service and still tastes as good is it did when we were kids!

It started a couple years ago when they changed their tortillas. They went from authentic to rubbery. Then last year I got a burrito, despite the icky tortilla, and all of a sudden when you're chewing the meat it becomes super tiny little pieces and it sticks all over your teeth and you are forever trying to get it all out. And the meat doesn't taste good like it used to. Makes you wonder if they're slipping plant based meat in there.
