BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

The food was absolutely delicious and our waitress. I believe her name was Anita was outstanding.. I had the Santa Fe chicken salad and the chicken was delicious and cooked perfectly. My daughter had the hamburger and french fries, which she really liked and then my mother had the bone in chicken wings with the honey mustard sauce, I believe, and she loved it. A great experience.. It was very, very busy and my mother suggested I make the reservation and secretly I thought no, why? but when we got there, I was thanking my mom up one side down the other.. that was my first time at BJ's and we will definitely go back. We got a chocolate chunk Pazooki to share, which was to die for..

They were busy, but didn't get in time by our reservation time. Ordered the mac & cheese balls appetizer, which took them at least 30 minutes to bring out the table. The server forgot to add a salad to our order. Then when the pizza was brought out, it was cold. The server also did not check on us regularly at all to see if we needed anything. We've been here multiple times, but this experience was definitely not pleasurable. Everything took so long we ended up being at the restaurant for 2 1/2 hours.

Our waitress only cared to check up on the other 3 tables she had. I guess we had to have blue eyes too to have service. My husband and my daughter needed a refill on their drinks and I needed another bowl of soup. She checked on the other tables twice and didn't bother to ask us if we needed anything then went straight to the kitchen. Fortunately, she went on break and the waitress that took over came and attended to us as frequent as the other tables she was responsible for.

The food was ok, not full glasses of wine which was expensive for house wine and was warm and service was terrible. The San Bernardino BJ's was our favorite BJ's but not anymore. If this had been our first experience with BJ's Brewhouse we would never return.

Fernando was amazing! My niece had a birthday and he made it extra special for her.

My experiences are mixed. I’ve had good ones and not so great ones. Going in person is usually good and fine, but their delivery kinda sucks. The food is hit or miss on deliveries, not to mention they’ve forgotten to put drinks in two of my orders. So, order delivery only if you’re desperate.

I sat at the bar during a Monday night and let me tell you that Anish and Tim were the best bartenders I’ve ever met! I don’t drink alcohol and Anish made the best orange scream and it was DELICIOUS perfect amounts of everything. Tim made my friend a nonalcoholic drink a mango/lime mojito, and it was SO GOOD. They were both so sweet, and tbh I would say they gave more than amazing customer service, they were so genuine! Definitely would come back because of their service and CLEANLINESSSSS. They always were making sure my area and the bar was clean!

I felt like I was on vacation here! The drinks were incredible, I had the Mango Mojito and Orange Screamsicle made by the awesome bartenders Anish and Tim! SO DELICIOUS and they were fascinating to watch make drinks it was such a great time and i can’t wait to come back!!! We also had pizzas and pazookies and wow im so happy.

The best experience at a BJs that I had! Anish and Tim made the BJs experience even more enjoyable! From the tasty drinks to the bomb food! They made sure me and my friends were happy with our food a drinks.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!! THE WAITER WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND POLITE HE HAD UTENSILS AT TABLE STRAWS DRINKS RIGHT AWAY APPETIZER JUST IN TIME ! FOOD WAS VERY GOOD. IT WAS SUPER PACKED AND A BIT NOISY .BUT WAITER WAS EXCELLENT THANK YOU

Perfect night out! Was able to get seated within minutes of arriving the food and drinks were excellent and service was great
