First of all, if you go to this location ask for the server Maria. I would give her 10. Excellent customer service. Always kept us informed of status of food. Never had to ask for a refill. Always with a smile on her face like she enjoys her job. As far as food we ordered ribs and chicken. The ribs were a 10/10! Meat falling off the bone and excellent flavor. I give the chicken a 5/10. Overcooked and did not care for BBQ sauce.

My wife and I went to the Black Angus restaurant for dinner We usually like to go to this establishment, because we've been there before, and the food was usually pretty good. However, whom ever was cooking in the kitchen that night needs to be retrained on cooking a steak. When we I received my first steak, it was medium well. When I sent it back, the next steak came out raw. I think the cook was upset by my returning a steak that was over cooked. If the cook thinks they got revenge, they better think twice. We have many option to spend our discretionary dollars. We just happened to spend some there that night. I can't fault the staff. The servers were great. The kitchen not so great. Bully

My sister and I dropped by on Tuesday around 4 to try the anniversary special that was advertised. We were sat immediately but then waited and waited for anyone to come by to even take a drink order.Once the waitress finally stopped by we both thought we'd try the advertised anniversary special of two dollar margaritas. I guess I should've known ,with that price,there would be absolutely no alcohol in them. It was nothing but sweet-and-sour. I felt like I was just drinking plain lemonade and the steak that they offer for the special was only 30 cents different from what they normally chargeDon't plan on ever going back!

Our family has been going to this location for years and sadly we've seen their customer service go down. The waiters and waitresses are always in a rush making us feel rushed to order. The last time we visited we had a waiter named Jonathan, he won the award of worse service ever! Horrible, rude attitude, never came back to check if we needed anything. We had to go to another table to take the A1 sauce and ketchup. My husband was able to stop him as he was basically running to ask for a refill on the lemonade he said there will be a charge (which we said that will be ok) he doesn't return for 30 minutes so we asked again as he's rushing by, he then returns with another kind of lemonade and actually slams it on the table! At this point I was so upset , we took the desert to go. Then we get home and it's the wrong desert. I did not tip! Again watch out for Jonathan, if he's your waiter ask for a different one. You'll get better service at a McDonald's Sad to pay $200 for 3 meals and receive poor bad service with a horrible attitude!

This was my first time trying black Angus steakhouse and it was very delicious. I got the two entrées for $69 that came with an appetizer and a dessert. I also added two lobsters, and they were cooked perfectly. The fried zucchini is delicious and the lobster mac & cheese is my new favorite. I definitely recommend checking out this restaurant. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. The bathrooms were tidy and smelled amazing. This place is really fancy. Shout out to our server Rafael for being very attentive and making sure we had a great guest experience.

We went to Black Angus on hospitality in San Bernardino, on Sunday March 17, 2024. The waitress took a long time to greet us and her reason was because she didn't know if we were assigned to her. Then they messed up our food order twice. Then they took 30 minutes to bring out our dessert. We avoid this restaurant moving forward. The food want that good either.
