Buffalo Wild Wings

Placed a online order for 2 20 piece special and got charged for 4, went in person and talked to the manager at the time named Brittany and she said because I had a online order she couldn't issue a refund right away I had to wait 5 to 7 business days so I waited and nothing happened, went back after a week spoke with a different manager who now told them it will take 2-3 days for my refund and yet again nothing happened. The 2nd manager even gave me his number to follow up but when i messaged him i still didnt get my refund i never got a reply.Horrible customer service, always long waits, seems like they will tell you anything just to get you out the door, definitely won't be returning to this location.

Hands down the worst ever experience in my 38 years of life. This was ridiculous. Horrible attitude waitress told us we need to eait longer cause they had 2 people working, but with an attitude, horrible check in at entrance no one came to check us in til after 25 minutes i got up super upset. Didn’t even eat cause we walked out. I'm so disappointed. Manager name is was given was Oliver or John supposedly. I'm so mad. I left pissed off ruined my whole day.

We arrived at 640 and we were told it was a 30 minute wait. The hostess seemed very nonchalant about everything. After 30 minutes I went to check back in to stand there for about 10-15 minutes before anyway came to check on me and the other parties waiting. The server that we got was very attentive and kept apologizing since our food was taking forever. We ordered within the first 15 minutes & mine and my husbands meal came out almost 40 minutes later. Whatever no big deal but when we went to take a bite out of the wings, they tasted like Freezer burn. We mentioned this to another server and they took them off the bill (which of course was appreciated) but overall, the experience sucked. I was really looking forward to it and will not be coming back here again. Also, the host shouldn’t put family’s with infants right in front of the speakers as they are extremely loud.

Ordered online. Wasn’t ready the time it said it would be. Asked for a refund and got threatened by the manager. cop caller 😂💪losing your job will be the least of your worries 😈🤝

Food came out cold, don’t know how when it’s made FRESH. Staff is very rude and the manager is worse. The way they treat customers I’m surprised they’re still in business. Would’ve swore I was working and they’re the customers. I’ll NEVER go to this BWW again. Replace all staff. Will definitely be letting locals know how horrible this establishment is.

They are advertising the fifa world club cup. But is Friday 6pm and they don't have any game. Chelsea is playing vs palmeiras fc. They won't put the game because of the baseball 😒 😕 🙄

I use to like bbw. But now it's not that great. Every time I go now and order wings, it's always over cooked and dry. It's also hard and chewy. Great place to be with friends and all but probably not for the food as much.

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been too. The place was not that busy and it took over 25 minutes for someone to talk to me. I would have left right away but was meeting someone. The food took long to come out, slightly warm. Then the next set took 30minutes to receive. Never coming here again. The staff seemed like they didn't care much about the quality of service they were providing.
