Sat down and order quickly however the order took longer then the wait to be seated and giving the order combined. Ordered traditional wings and a sandwich with fries , sandwich was a lot smaller than expected and fries were cold like they were waiting for the rest of the food to be made and just sat out until served cooks forgot to put our side order of guacamole on the plate.. our service was great but the food very disappointing... The wait would of been worth it if the food was great but it wasn't

Food is terrible. Our server was great and the atmosphere is good. Other than that, it's just a pricey place for less than mediocre food.

Very slow service as far as how fast the food is coming out of the kitchen. Usually it is quick when the place opens, but this time around a lunch order of wings took 25 mins to come out, and another 20-25 mins for any to go orders as small as an order of onion rings.

Wont be coming back, specially during lunch.

Constructive feedback: Please provide realistic eta for any order, specially during lunch hour.

Food was so nasty, ordered boneless wings and everything tasted chemically and off. Took over a hour for wings which are obviously frozen. Best things were the fries. Would not recommend

The management here is absolutely terrible. My sister has been trying to dispute a charge after being double charged, and for the wrong amount, which has been a constant battle to get her funds returned due to their unprofessional management who are unwilling to do anything about this matter.

Came here for the first time to try a Buffalo Wild Wings , unfortunately it was not a good experience, we sat at 720pm and our salad arrived at 817pm and our wings at 838pm very long waits for refills and our waiter was not available to assist we had to ask other servers for help. Anyways , I gave it a chance for the first time, not coming again. Habanero wings were good tho.
