Buffalo Wild Wings

I wouldn't recommend ordering here unless you want to wait about 45min to an hour for your food after the time it's "supposed to be ready". Don't get me wrong a 10/15 min grace period is expected. But when you ask other people when their food is expected to be ready and they say after the time you have and you watch them get their food 1st is wild! Employees don't even know if the orders are made in the order received. They state they have no idea how their system generates the orders. This isn't a one time off chance occurance either. Will be driving the extra distance to the Rancho location at this point. I genuinely enjoy BWW sauces.

Parking: Next to a small pond with Geeze and ducks. Kids would enjoy the atmosphere with the birds in the small lake / pond.

Kid-friendliness: Saw families with their kids in the Buffalo Wild Wings..

Wheelchair accessibility: Don't know. I didn't notice an area for wheelchair accessibility but I'm sure you can call and ask about it.

I had the triple bacon cheeseburger and a couple hanger 24s. Fire af. My server was polite, courteous and provided great suggestions. Would definitely recommend you check them out.

We went here yesterday for my sons birthday and waited for an hour for our food to get to the table. Ones the food was taking to the table everything was cold and dry. The only thing that was actually good was the appetizer other than that nothing else. The waitress hardly went over to see if we were good either.

This location does not close at 1am they isually close at 12 30 or 12 40 dont expect to get wings after those times. Reason for the 1 stars.

After the renovation and the new workers the service has been awful. They take long to sit you down and get the name of the customers confuse and skip people. The waiters have a bad attitude and wings come out stale. I miss the old service and workers before the renovation.

We got our food it was cold they never gave me my burger after an hour and try to make us pay for the burger when we were leaving.

We tried to order a deal through their website and then their app but it was giving an error. The error told us to call in the order. After multiple attempts we finally got through but the server said it was better to use the app because their phone was messing up too - despite us saying the site was down. We were put on hold for a long time before someone picked up just to hang up. Eventually the app worked again and so we tried again. We were told the order would be done at 1:20 and yet it's past 1:35 with no food in site. It took two of us taking separate lunch breaks just to order and pick up the food and even then I'm now going to be late going back despite my workplace being up the street.

I ordered take out and half of my sauces were missing. So my lady wasn't happy with me. It's not hard to read the complete order and put it in the bag!!

Way too much money, for food that was just okay. The wings were good, but the "ultimate nachos"... omg beware. I have never had such lame overpriced chips in my life. I will never get it again. Literally some chips, a tiny bit of cheese tossed about in there, some pinch of cilantro, and some peppers. DEFINITELY not worth what you pay for them. I genuinely feel ripped off. I paid over $30 for some lame chips and 10 wings. Very disappointed.

Sigh...BWW. It's a love/hate relationship.
I love their wings, but HATE their service.
I usually do to-go, but then they skimp out on the ranch and charge about 52 cents per container and sometimes the deals are dine-in only.
One of the last times I went the wings were super overcooked and the bartenders were rude. I'm not expecting someone to fake the funk with me for a tip, but to be that rude was a bit much.

Visited during lunch break with some coworkers. Food was good, but some people in my group had issues with their orders. One had their order entirely wrong and the other had their order given pretty much when the rest of us were already done eating. We joked that they had to go to the farm to get their order processed, lol.

Service was slow AF to boot too! Definitely not worth coming here.
