The person at the drive through just wanted to rush me through the line.
I handed her my coupon and my card and she still charger me full price and said have a nice day with the biggest smile.
I went inside and asked them what is going on and why didn’t you charge my the coupon price she said that when they took my order they already charged me and I should have mentioned it over the intercom. I told her it doesn’t matter she took my coupon at the and still charged me full price. I asked her to refund me and give me the coupon price. She said the manager is not here and I’m not doing it. She walked away. Very incompetent.

Honestly there’s maybe two workers there that are always nice, however there are others or clearly do not care for customer service, I do not typically right reviews but when I went to get some food yesterday afternoon, not only did they forget the sauces I asked for a when I ordered and at the window, but the girl who attended me at the window gave me a slushee that was overflown and spilled on my car and on my hand. I was still there apologizing to her when really it wasn’t my fault it was already puddled up on the lid before it was given to me. She didn’t apologize, acknowledged it or even give me napkins, if anything another woman who was working by her notice and grabbed me some napkins and apologized.

Do not order on delivery apps from this place. Not only did they miss several items in the bag itself but then they also handed my order off to someone else. When trying to get refunds for the order the whole system proved extremely difficult and I had to fight several times to get through to them. (I was doing this all off a friends delivery app)

I will NOT be ordering from this location again

Yesterday around 930 last nite my son n I were pulling up to drive thru as we pulled up ur 3 worker They hid from us as soon we honk n honk when around drive thru again n nothing plus the workers cars were there one worker parks same spot all the time .that burger king open till 12min nite

9/2/25 I redeemed my crowns 👑 which I had enough for a free burger and medium onion rings. Let me tell you, they gave me the oldest onion ring they can find or something. I could've knocked some out with then. That how old and hard they were 🤮.
