After living across the street (7yrs) here's my honest review. When I ask an employee "I'll wait up front because I want it fresh". That works 40% of the time. They say no your good here.I Drive 1 block away from where I live it's ice cold. I have no problem waiting on my food that I paid a high price for, for it to be HOT. Now I see why McDonald's across the street is always packed & this place is a ghost house. For the price I pay here I can go to in n out & Canes for a lower price & better quality.

They didn't have napkins and they gave me a piece of brown paper since the pandemic, the owners or whoever is in charge are stingier, managers 😤😤😤😤😠😠
Dietary restrictions: They have to have more options for those who don't eat carbohydrates.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. My husband asked if my daughter could use the restroom and the employee snapped at him that they had to buy something first. My husband replied we are going to. The employee goes over and opens the men’s bathroom for my daughter who is very clearly a girl. When they asked for the women’s restroom the employee said “YOU DIDNT SPECIFY!” Then after all of this the employee said “next time I could make you guys wait until after you get your food next time!” He was yelling at my husband and daughter inside the store. VERY unprofessional and this young man needs to be fired.
