I went for an early dinner after work, but before 5pm. Quick in and out through the drive through. Wanted to try the Cali XL and it was yummy, just like everything else at Carl's lol. The grilled onions was a nice touch and this is Carl's Jr answer to the Double Double from Inn n Out. It's a great burger and I will be eating it again, but still doesn't beat a Double Double in my opnion. I love my crunch and grilling the bun is something that might make the burger a tid bit better - like Inn n Out does. That being said I am also a big fan of the $5 burgers (no longer on my local menu) and have only found comparable burgers to this at sit down restaurants - All of these burgers are great... but the burgers are no longer $5, and sadly I no longer see them on the menu. (Look for the purple onion in them if they ever bring them back)

In the morning there is no line in the drive through. There is plenty of seating available inside if you want to dine in. Its very clean and nice inside. Food comes out great and orders are usually correct. Sometimes in the drive through they will have you pull forward and park in a designated area if they have to wait for something to finish cooking and they will bring it out to you.

Had a beautiful Wednesday morning, came in with a great attitude as well my friends. Had a very bad blow out with the police being called on myself as well friends for trying to dine in, Julyanna witch is one of the store managers in the morning very disrespectful to myself as well my friend who is autistic spectrum! She laughed at him and was talking about this disability in front of the whole store! Been looking for regional manager number to report her. I am a regular and a loyalty customer! I was very disappointed in her actions as there our other autistic families that visit the establishment that she is not physically emotionally racist too! PLEASE HELP! DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!

Beacon was raw on my western Beacon cheese burger
No cars no customers and they still had a rush and attitude asked for one simple change to only be answered by a “NO” immediately with no explanation. Also they have a lot of fake @ss reviews

Came in the drive thru this evening around 7pm. Not busy. Ordered 50$ worth of food and paid. Was told to pull up to the parking area and wait. Waited about 12 minutes and 5 cars before my food was tossed in the window! Wrong food!
Took it inside to be told I was "Entitled " and when I said I simply wanted my correct order, I was called a "douchebag " by the "manager "!!!
I am seriously APPALLED that I would be treated this way, for daring to want what I paid for and made to wait only to still get it wrong!!
Your "manager " can stand there behind his counter and play tough guy with hard working customers, but I'll be contacting my attorney first thing in the morning and we'll see how tough it is in a courtroom. I'm sure you have video, as do I.

My experience at this Carl’s Jr location was not good, has bad customer service. I order my food through Drive Thru and Employee Amalie did not repeat my order and when I got to the window she didn’t acknowledge me. My order was wrong when I told her, she did not say sorry and had an attitude. She was texting and playing music loudly on her cell phone. Not coming back here again.

They didn't give me my order and they didn't want to give me my money back because it took about 25 minutes.
I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes 4:30pm on Tuesday. I didn't even get to order because the guy had a attitude and I didn't like it so I drove off! Wasted my time.
