Store says it’s opened! Showed up and tried to place an order at 11:27 am on 6/8/2025 and the drive thru operator stated the franchisee was closed and that they were not taking any orders…. For what reason? They didn’t even know so I asked why are they opened and they just ignored me very unprofessional never coming back!

She greeted me with a big smile, explained the current deals, and was incredibly sweet and welcoming throughout the entire interaction.
Honestly, I’ve never experienced this level of customer service at this location before. Leily made me feel genuinely valued as a customer, and it’s people like her who make you want to come back. Carl’s Jr is lucky to have her!
