Excellent view!
Awesome venue. Killer views of the city. Not open for dining, only events for now. Stunning. Highly recommended.
This venue offers a lovely atmosphere and captures the beautiful scenery of the city at night. The food however ,is not so good. Better quality in dishes please.
Great place to have a party

The worst experience. We walked in and the air conditioner was not on and it was so hot. We celebrated my dad’s 65th birthday and people drove hours to surprise him and it was such a disappointment on so many levels. They didn’t allow us to split checks and my aunt had to put over $1k on her card. Then we all proceeded to do the math to pay her back. The waiter said they can’t because they would be charged more …?? What?! They brought my salad and it was maybe 1/4 cups worth. I asked to split a meal and when I asked to split they said they charged $5 to split. They said they would charge a cake cutting fee of $2.50 per person. I brought cupcakes instead. Then they tried to charge for a plate but I declined plates because it was only a cupcake. I asked for bread and they said they wouldn’t give us bread until after course 1. What?! We asked another waiter and finally we got our bread. The hamburger tasted like those frozen ones from Costco. The bread rolls seemed like cheapies from a discount grocery store. The waiter had a crappy attitude. The whole thing sucked and my dad said he tried to have a good attitude but even ended up with a bad dream from the awkward situation. They are definitely going out of business. You can’t have a business model like this survive. No way. I would have been better at a chain. By the way, we were considering this place for my son’s graduation party next year. No way and I won’t ever come back. None of our party will ever return. It was way better when it was owned by the previous owners. If you want a special occasion don’t come here.

The experience my family and I had at this restaurant was beyond appealing. The food was mediocre at best, and the price was absurd for something I can get better and cheaper at Olive Garden. The salad that came with the 67 dollar meal, was so small that it could legitimately fit in one whole fork. Another disgusting thing was the fact that the burger literally tasted like the Kirkland microwave burger from Costco. The worst part was how badly we were nickel and dimed. They charged 5 dollars for any form of splitting, and 5 dollars for every credit card someone added to the bill if they wanted to pay for themselves. We wanted to bring our own cake and they told us that they charge for cutting, so then we decided to bring cupcakes and they said they charge for plates. How insensible and greedy does a company have to be to charge plates for a dessert that doesn't even need one. All in all this experience was very poor and I absolutely recommend you go somewhere else. I was only able celebrate my grandfather's 65th birthday once and this completely ruined our celebration.

We went on Mothers Day. I was disappointed that there was no outdoor seating as there was the last time I was there on New Years Day Brunch in 2019. The food was decent but not outstanding. The thing you should know is that they include gratuity in the bill. We did not figure it out until after we paid that we tipped double. It was a buffet so I can’t say the service was worth a double tip. We went back immediately to let them know about the mistake and they took my husbands name and phone number because they said they were too busy to find our bill at the moment. They never called.

This place has really gone downhill. I loved Castaway: amazing service, beautiful atmosphere, and incredible food. I can't believe what's happened to the decor, all white and pastel, which is so not high-end dining! What happened to all the rich dark wood furniture and tastful artwork? There are actually fake pastel flowers with lace on the walls. Its like my grandma made the decorations. We were sat in the bar, which we did not request, so the bartender was our server. Big mistake. We never got bread like other diners, and we had to ask for drink refills and really did not get the attention we should have for what we paid for the meal. The food wasn't too bad, other than the prime rib being too fatty. But for the price, the service and the atmosphere is just not worth it. Maybe if we had been sat somewhere else and had a dedicated server it would've have been better. Regarding the new decor, the new owners should have stuck with what was there before, and just spent money on tearing out the carpet and adding some dark wood vinyl plank flooring. So sad to see the gem go down. I was married here years ago and it was stunning.

So I had a reservation for this past Mother’s Day’s brunch I took my wife and 2 kids because of course it’s Mother’s Day. Well the lady taking reservations right in the beginning wouldn’t acknowledge me and our party of 7. I approached her saying hello how is your day and and immediately she ignored me and walked away, so I stood there and waited for her to come back when she did I told I just wanted to let her know that our party reservation was here and ready but she told me one sec and walked away again. So after her walking past me 4 more times seating everyone that came after us she took us to our table. So now we are seating and ready to eat get our drinks and enjoy, the waitresses took our drink order and we were good at this point. So mind you this place is extremely expensive but we start getting our food at the buffet line and most of the food was just mediocre but they had a couple things that everyone at our table enjoyed. Also it’s like a first come first serve so if they run out of certain foods you’re out of luck regardless of you paying. Also they have a mandatory gratuity fee of 20% even tho you serve your self and they can run out of food and the waitress only pour drinks if they remember you. Our party did have a good time but for the price and quality of food idk about coming back or recommending them to anyone. Doors didn’t have handles it seemed a bit ghetto for what they charge.
